Think of a better and more simple procedure for the contactless check in. Your phone 604 491 0014 for assistance is hard to reach, no one ever pick up the phone.

The location is nice which is close to everything. The suites is large enough for my family of five.the cleaninglness is not bad at all.

The parking system is idiotic. You have to park outside the property, go up to your room to get a parking garage fob for entry then go park your car. Why not keyless code pad to access garage on arrival?

The suite was excellent with every facility you could want for a comfortable stay. Beds and bathrooms very clean and seperate shower was very convenient for older patrons

the rooms my friends and I stayed at needed a bit more care. especially with the cleaning. we found dead bugs, a couple of spiders, and some stains on linens, and a few dusty common areas. we were missing hand soap in the washrooms. only provided 2 little shampoo bottles for 6 people. only had 1 fob available so we had to coordinate. does have an ice maker but it’s slow. doesn’t dispense water. the den converted into a room has no privacy and no tv. there’s 1 small AC in the living room, kind of an eye sore but it was nice to have. the 2 tower fans were okay during the time we were there, however if it was any warmer, it wouldn’t be enough. the sliding door to the patio needs some care. we also noticed some broken racks and or hangers. this could be dangerous if we had children around. the dining chairs also need some care but we like the dining table. needed more utensils, bowls, plates, sharper knives (they didn’t cut anything), and some more basic cooking equipment.

the location was great, very close to the lagoon. can walk to everything. having a full kitchen was convenient. did lack some cooking utensils and equipment. does have an ice maker but it’s slow. the living room was spacious, the dining table was good and was perfect for table top gaming. easy to get to and the secure parking garage was convenient. AC in the living room. lots of outlets in the room to use. rooftop has bbq and sitting area with a nice view. we liked the room had a coffee maker, a washer and dryer but we didn’t use it. dishwasher was good.

Just a few noise by the nearby bar singing but it did stop the loud music 15 minutes before we slept.

Our room was not ready when we came and we were upgraded at lake view for the same price.

The toliet seats in one bathroom was barely useable and the other bathroom was loose.

Four towels for six people was a bit strange. We should have asked for more, but didn't, since we brought some beach towels. The dishwasher is barely functional, lost it's rubber seal, we had to put it back in. We needed to try three or four times to get the dishwasher to work. No dishwasher soap or laundry soap was included. A few more dishes and larger bowls for making salad or whatnot would have been nice. We had to wash dishes after every meal in order to have enough plates. Some basic supplies like oil, salt, pepper, would have been handy. It was a bit strange to get used to the touch free check in and things. It was as if the staff was invisible except when they were needed. A legacy of Covid, I guess.

The staff was very responsive when we asked for extra air conditioning on the hottest days of this summer. That was a lifesaver! The washer and dryer were new and worked very well. It is obvious that the owners are working hard to upgrade an old building and the work continues, as we saw workers working even on the weekend. Any time we called the front desk to ask about something we were greeted courteously and our needs were met.

No air conditioning in the rooms

Staff very responsive to my requests. They even sent someone with an air conditioning ready to install it at almost midnight. Luckily, it was not necessary. Easy check in and check out
