Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI disliked the parking cost, I feel that the parking should be included or at least discounted for guests staying at hotel. I think there should be more incentives available such as complimentary breakfast or discounted breakfast for guests.
I loved the infinity pool. The room was very clean and overall a great room - King bed with Jacuzzi tub.

CanadaThe room which had 2 adjoining bedrooms, was large enough but the temperature could not be adjusted and this made for a restless night's sleep at 22 deg celsius! . Also we had one bath towel in the room and there were 4 adults!!. Sharing was not an option 😒. There was no parking at the hotel and the offsite parking fee was $50 per night. Just wanted to include this as this was additional to the room fee.
Our room was overlooking the falls which was very beautiful. The location was great! We were able to walk to everywhere - the casino, the falls, and other attractions.

CanadaThe Parking staff needs to be more alert and attentive. I have a disability sticker, of which the attendant spoke about. But then she pointed us in a direction, and told us to follow the NORMAL line Also one elevator was only working. It took 10 minutes for it to arrive.
Manager .. Beverly.. walks the lobby and is always available for anyone. She jumps in to help where their staff seems short. Ie even the baggage area

CanadaRoom was too small, open the door and king bed is 3' away and came with an adjoining room door which wasn't in description. "Canadian Fallsview" was a disappointing corner 3' by 3' window, hallway noise and hallway light under door. Carpeting in the room is never a clean option. The Hilton room was $20 pricier than the adjacent Embassy Suites stay in Jan. Embassy Suites offered floor to ceiling 20' panoramic window skyline view of both falls - a huge separate room with couch and breakfast included. I have stayed at Hilton Airport Munich and find the Hilton Hotels too convention center styled with little charm or boutique cozy feel aka escalators/huge atriums/no discounts/expensive food options/mass lineup style check-ins.Its a good option for Casino & shows on site convenience but not for us as a couples getaway.Hilton has a rewards program which I expect changes the equation for their members but no discounts or upgrades/ incentives were provided to me to want frequent their hotels as Level 3 travelers. It checks all the boxes but caters to a convention crowd styling.Breakfast is an expensive option we didn't opt for and late 4pm checkin policy had us adjusting our day schedule around it.
The location is good for casino and higher end restaurant access adjacent.Parking at underground can be free with some gambling on your card on exit day so leave your vehicle at Casino carpark to avoid the exorbitant Hilton park fees in excess of 70 dollars daily. Elevators were relatively quick. Head to Blue Martini 2 floors above Watermark- (separate elevator access) on Watermark level for best views.Stayed on 49th floor.

CanadaPower outlets only available built into the side tables’s lamps and the outlets were coming out of their sockets. Hazard for sure. Went to unplug my phone charger and the whole outlet assembly came out with it. Parking was $80/day!!! Insane.

United States of AmericaSaturday, that's when elevators started breaking. By the end of our stay (Monday) only 2/6 elevators were running, leaving us waiting with our item multiple times for 20+ minutes.
The first 2 days, it was amazing! The view is seriously breathtaking and the staff was great. Until Saturday....

CanadaHow expensive everything is, even parking, parking should be included if your staying at the hotel.
I like how there's a walk way from the hotel to the casino, it was super cold outside and it was nice not to have to go outside!! There's literally everything you need in the hotel.
