I didn’t like that I had to go park my vehicle at another parking facility because my Tahoe wouldn’t fit underground. They were also late with having our room ready it was not ready by 4pm check in.

I liked that there was the underground path connected to the hotel. We were able to walk to the Maple leafs game without going outside

We were given the wrong room number , basically on the key card the room number was written incorrectly .After getting stuck in the elevator and with the help of other guests using their cards who tried to select the floor number for us we finally came back to the lobby .Well that’s when we were told that 20th floor is under renovation and therefore elevator won’t stop there and actually the floor number was supposed to be 28th .So we tried coming in early to check on which we were accommodated but we lost time in just figuring out the key card. We went to bed pretty late as it was my husbands birthday we came to celebrate and don’t know exactly who is to be blamed for but never experienced this before that smoke alarm went off first thing in the morning .It didn’t stop for 15 minutes finally decided to walk down the stairs once we reached 20 th floor we were asked to go back to rooms .so basically had to climb 8 floors back up in the early morning .It was no fun

We didn’t like the fact that very loud drilling started at 9:00am. The front desk manager, however, was very accommodating and compensated us for the inconvenience with a room discount and complimentary breakfast.

The view of the city from the room was spectacular. The hotel was ideally located for what we wanted to do in Toronto.

Valet was not helpful and simply stood and watched as I loaded my luggage into my car. The first room I was booked with wasn't cleaned properly and when they asked how my room was, I was honest and then ended up switching rooms. They gave me a room upgrade which was on a higher floor and felt like a very different experience. The first room was dark, area's weren't clean and then the second room was bright, renovated and clean. If booking again, I would want to clarify which room I was being booked in.

After switching room and going to an upgraded room, the room was clean and brighter. The front desk staff was really accommodating and helpful. SMS follow ups on check in and departure was great.

Breakfast was very basic with limited choice, the hotel was nice overall, a bit old fashioned and too expensive for what it is.

Nice swimming pool with nice view. Localisation is central. The lady at the tour desk was very nice and helpful.

Unexpected price change. I was under the impression when I booked and paid in full that this would be the final price, then I was charged additional taxes and incidentals. This could have been done up front so I knew it would be an additional $100 dollars on top of an already expensive one night stay

i forgot one of my item in the room which wasn’t returned by lost and found. In fact despite of me informing them right after check out, staff was like we couldn’t find anything whereas I know i just forgot it last moment. sad experience never had this with any other hotel.

The doors to the rooms slam so all you hear all morning is slamming doors. There is no way possible to shut the doors quietly to respect those who are sleeping. I felt bad leaving my room at night because the doors close so loudly. I also could not sleep past 7am becaise that's when people are in and out of their rooms and it was so awful. Ive stayed at many hotels and this was the worst for that. The facilities are in disrepair. The small mirrors in the bathrooms are hanging off the walls barely held by their screw. The tub drain in the one room was broken and just sitting in the tub crooked. Doesn't stop the water from leaving the tub so I was unable to have a bath. Things just appear to be very run down for a hotel that I paid over 600.00 a night to stay in.

The staff were amazing and so kind. The beds were very comfortable.
