A couch in the room would have been good to laze around. Also better instructions on how to use the heating. Only found out on the last day that the curtains needed to be open for the heater to work properly.

The bedding, blankets and pillows were excellent. Great lighting.

Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I didn't rate staff "high" due to one front desk we encountered on Sunday evening. We had two rooms and we were requesting if we could have a later check-out for even one room since our train back to Toronto was leaving at 6:30pm. She just kept saying NO and quite rudely. We have travelled all over the world and I have to say she was one of the worst front desk personnel we have ever encountered. I called reception to ask her name and she answered the phone. At first she said she was not allowed to give her name. When I said, then how can i give you a rating, her answer was, "My name is Naomi. Go ahead and do your rating!"

The big room, wooden floors, modern bathroom and comfortable bed and pillows. Free coffee in the lobby everyday. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Located in the heart of Downtown Montreal, with its main avenue and excellent transport links not even a 2-minute walk away. Excellent facilities, vey comfy and spacious room (executive room with king bed). The staff were great. Additionally, on this occasion, Air Canada had actually misplaced our luggage and we were going up to Quebec City for a few days before coming back down to Montreal and to this same hotel; so the hotel staff took a note to handle everything in case our luggage arrived in between our stays here - which was really helpful in such a stressful situation. Nice continental breakfast. Also, the Mac in the room was very useful to research all sorts of tourist information, etc. We'd be very happy to stay again at this hotel when visiting Montreal.

The hotel was very to the convention center. The breakfast was excellent, great choices of bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, tea and fancy espresso machine! The gym was nice. There were umbrellas to borrow. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and shower was large, very nice!

I have no complaints about this hotel; it is a bit pricy, but practically every hotel in the city is around the same price; we do not recommend it if you need to stay more than three days in the city, but it is fantastic for a short stay.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The breakfast is mostly pastries but delicious, and the room is comfortable and quiet. The location is great, and the neighbourhood is close to different restaurants and some touristic places. We have stayed here a couple of times, and we enjoyed our stay; they do not have parking on-site, but most of the hotels in the city do not offer to park; however, you can park in a nearby parking place that is close to the hotel and price is around 25 cad for 24 hours, the parking is underground and with heating.

The location was excellent and just a short walk to the train station and Old Montreal. Very quiet and the room was spacious and had a modern loft feel. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Always a joy to stay here! We’ve stayed at the property a few times now, the girl at the counter even remembered me from my last visit. They go above and beyond for any needs you may have, and they offer to hold your luggage for you before check in/after check out. Really helps make travelling to and from Montréal without a vehicle a breeze! Great location, close to MANY great restaurants, a beautiful park, and the red light district! Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice view. The shower was my favorite part, such a cool design! Overall 10/10, we plan to continue staying here for our future visits to the city. Thank you!
