That somethings in the room were broken/ the little insects everywhere in the room/bathroom.

The Customer Service Guy at the front desk who was wearing glasses was ver sweet, nice and funny; he went out of his way to make the stay pleasant and even helped me out with throwing out the trash late at night. His customer service skills are amazing and they need more people like him working there. The older male cleaner was very nice as well and was constantly working hard cleaning rooms (very dedicated/hardworking with a smile). My stay was fair and pleasant but only the gentleman from front desk/ the cleaner would definitely make me stay here again. Thank you guys very much🙏

The place needs some repairs but overall, because of the price, it was fairly tolerable. Also, the quiet location helped to make up for the lack of repairs.

Extremely dirty bathroom. Mold, bugs, stuff falling apart. Then need to clean the place up. It’s not sanitary. Also some sketchy looking characters in the parking lot lingering about.

Found a used old cigarette on top of the mirror in the bathroom ( non smoking room btw) did bring it To the attention of the staff who were apologetic but this made me question if The bathroom had been actually cleaned. .the 60$ deposit ( refundable) was a surprise For 1 night it was fine...but wouldn't stay more than that...

Rooms and property were not as nice as the pictures. Drug deals and fights occurring upon our arrival. Trouble getting hot water. Loud toilet that we had to keep fixing to stop flushing. Worried about car being parked overnight. Garbage everywhere on the property.

The cleaning is not good. Wi-Fi does NOT work in the rooms. I guess mine was too far from the modem. The grass area is full of poop, so I could not enjoy the lake in the morning. The TV only had one channel. They charge a deposit of 60 CAD. They will return it when you leave, but be aware of it.

The high point for me is that they accept dogs and charge a fair price (10 CAD each). It is also possible to park in front of the room to keep an eye on the car, in case you have something inside. Also, there is an automatic light that goes on if there is movement outside the room.

there ni lock at the room, just a chain the toilet paper roll was almost finish and no refills available. couldn’t get the tv to change to see other channels. The room felt like a sauna and no working A/C.

The pictures on the website OR NOTHING like the rooms the actually offer! The motel also offers "NAPS" for 50$!!!! That was never mentioned on the website! Our room, had what looks like, 3 smoke detectors for a 12X12 room!? Weird There's a TV in a corner but you can't change the TV channel.

No breakfast. Not even a coffeemaker or instant coffee in the room. But there's a machine that sells condoms, razor or mints at the reception if your in need.

No food, very little concessions, very poor communications, and a VERY disappointing surprise $60 advance deposit AFTER booking was confirmed upon arrival (don't appreciate unexpected surprise costs). Clerk could not explain the deposit refund policy, nor what time the front desk opened in the early morning (communication was very poor). Not even coffee available in morning departure on site.

Room old and simple but adequate for the price, good heat/AC and adequate satellite service and internet. Nice gazebo along the river.

Towels not changed room clean but bathroom- toilet too low and bathroom not very clean, ceilings and rust on tub, dirt on ceiling, cobwebs on main room ceiling above bed, had to take them down! If more attention to these would improve property! The heat was turned off n the cold morning and next day the air conditioning was off on a hot day

Odd smell in room, staff member was informed of my dog and no mention of additional charges for her until I went to get my $100 deposit back at check out and then they decided to say that my dog pretty much smelled (which she didn’t she had a groom and bath prior to going in) and that they were not aware of her day before (when the guy working at 12am was fully aware! She’s small but not that small you can’t see her when I take her out to pee) and that they now need to take off money from my $100 (which was my gas money back to near London Ontario) if there is a deposit for a dog they should bring that up at the beginning not at check out and pretty much tell me that my dog is the cause of the smell in the room when it smelled off at check in! Definitely won’t be going back there to stay unfortunately.
