We liked having two separate rooms, with a television in each one. We also appreciated the kitchen... nice to have a full fridge to keep our drinks/water cold, and to store our leftovers. We also liked that it is walking distance from the Outlet malls, and a close drive in to see shows at The Shaw Festival.

The road to the residence is under construction and there is no clear sign. Besides, there is no staff at the reception when we arrive, I would suggest staff can leave a note at the reception. Lastly although there is a kitchen, it is locked and need to be opened by the staff each time.

Beds were very hard, refrigerator was loud and we could not control the temperature so it was very warm.

Please change the lighting in the room and the washroom. Everything else was good for a short stay and good value for money. Has a Microwave and a Fridge only nothing else , with a table and two chairs

There was no common seating area except kitchen table. Besides the Outlet Mall, there are no restaurants close by. Having to bring your own kitchen supplies (cutlery, plates, cookware etc) is a bit of a drag.

Having 2 bedrooms was good. Campus of Niagara College was interesting to walk around, and we had a complementary wine tasting.

We stayed here last year as well. It's still a great budget option for visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls. The accommodations are basic, clean, and relatively comfortable.

It's quite tired and needs some TLC. The flooring and walls could do with a refresh. The cleaning wasn't great either, hair left in the shower and dirty floors. I appreciate it's student accommodation during term time and If it's just me I would definitely stay again

The staff, the price and location were great. Just across the street from a mall with plenty of food options. The vending machine is actually a self service shop with a good selection.

I could have used one more pillow and like I said, a mug to make tea in the microwave would be nice. But overall, I was very, very happy with the place.

Honestly, you can’t beat the price. We especially appreciated having two rooms! It was quiet and comfortable.Nothing fancy but it was nice to have a table to play cards. The place was very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. I wish I had brought a mug to make tea but otherwise, it was excellent. And to be fair, there was a Tim Hortons at the college just steps away.
