Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaLet's start with the staff, everyone is extremely friendly, Jamie attended us at the reception, he gave us all the information we needed and was super nice! The decor of the place is cozy and beautiful, the room is super clean, the bathroom products smell amazing, has everything you need. They had little beds for your furry ones at the entrance which was very cute, It is also very accessible to get there, we took the number 10 bus from the village. A lovely experience, I would definitely come back!

Hong KongLove every part of it, the view, the amenities, the spa (too bad time doesn't allow us to fully utilize). Simply an exceptional hotel and would definitely come back during our next visit to Whistler. I am still dreaming about the hotel and Nita Lake.

CanadaThe swimming pool could be a little bigger. The water was a bit dirty from falling seeds from trees. Check-out at 11 am is harsh (although it does not apply exclusively to NLL). In general, no complaints.
When style meets comfort, the hotel is beautiful from the outside and even prettier inside. My family and I booked a room with one king and one sofa bed for four people. The first positive surprise was that we arrived 1 hour before the check-in, and the staff got us a room immediately. Even better, we got an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite! It was so roomy we could spend the whole season living there. I wish I had more time for that! The staff is welcoming and supportive—the type of people you would invite for a happy hour. We also had dinner and breakfast there—delicious food and drinks. And don't forget to have homemade ice cream for dessert; it is gorgeous! Breakfast is suitable for all types of craves. If you're feeling hungry, go for the buffet. If you're keeping fit, a la carte is the best option. I strongly recommend it for those who want to chill and not worry about being close to the village (they even have a free shuttle)! And the robe! I wish I bought one of those. Maybe next time.

United KingdomThe free shuttle bus. We booked the hotel on the understanding that there was a free shuttle bus from Nita Lodge. It wasn't running on our 1st day and on 2 other mornings it didn't start until 11am - not helpful when off skiing first thing. The shuttle bus, or lack of, was disappointing to us.
Very good

MexicoI love everything about Nita Lake Lodge, the whole experience was astounding. The rooms are spacious and so cozy, the general atmosphere of the resort is lovely and the location just a few steps from the lake is perfect. Is a gem in the mountain, thanks for everything cant wait to come back.

GuernseyWe were not advised that we were on the “dog friendly” floor, until we complained about the dog barking in the next room. I was disappointed by the facilities- I am not a skiier so I had expected to spend time in the gym followed by a nice swim, but both the gym and the pool were too small. The gym was busy but it was too small to have much equipment in it. The pool was outside and very small. It was no good for exercising in.
Our room/studio was very comfortable, and there was a frequent shuttle to and from the village. I had a very relaxing massage in the spa, and my daughter got a good pedicure there too.

CanadaMy ONLY qualm was that the hot tub on Christmas morning was scolding so we couldn’t enjoy it. They did work to get it fixed quickly but I think they were understaffed (because Christmas) and the poor maintenance guy was full weeds.
The staff were amazing! So friendly and accommodating and also funny. We were there on Christmas and they left a little stocking on everyone’s door with little treats and samples from the spa it was the sweetest little touch! The hotel was so cute, very ski town chic, right on the lake. Restaurant was delicious, cafe was great, everything you need really right there… and there’s a free shuttle that takes you into the village every half hour or so.

United States of AmericaThe location of the lodge was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the lift proximity, only having to walk 5 min to the gondola in Creekside, but the lodge also offers a complimentary shuttle service to accommodate guests. During our stay, we also used the shuttle frequently to go back and forth between the lodge and whistler village. The room was fabulous, the decor was luxurious and inviting; while also boasting a cozy fireplace and breathtaking views of the lake from our balcony.

CanadaIt would’ve been nice if there was room service available or if the kitchen had a simple late night menu for takeout. There seemed to be far too many expensive vegan-only options. Service was not very quick at the lounge.
Breakfast looked good but was extremely expensive. The outdoor lounge area with the heaters was fabulous. The front desk was so friendly and took care of a loud barking dog in the next room very quickly. Really comfortable beds!

CanadaWe couldn't figure out the streaming services for the TV, but who cares? And the hot tub wasn't all that hot, but it was still nice after our cold dip in the lake.
Where to start - the room was immaculate and beautifully laid out and decorated, the view was stunning, the bathroom was dreamy with a huge soaker tub and gorgeous L'Occinate amenities. The bed was the perfect firmness and the view out onto the lake was just heavenly. The fireplace was a great and cozy touch, enjoyed by my dog the most, my husband I, too. Oh - and we took advantage of the free personal shuttle service into the Village, a really nice touch!
