You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandThe food in the restaurant was a real let down. It did not match the excellence of the hotel. It was very average, almost like basic supermarket food, the chicken Pattie in the chicken burger seemed like a crumbed fillet from the supermarket. It definitely needs to be improved. Also didn’t like the staff member constantly smoking outside the main entrance. Not sure if for was weed, smelt like it but was just not a good look.
The room, nice and roomy and very private. The setting was stunning. It is a beautiful spot. The resident eagle was very cool.

Beautiful location, stunning oceanfront view. Loved the traditional style and ambiance, while some may say the decor is dated in parts it was clean and very well maintained. Great value with breakfast included. Staff very friendly.

The rooms are clean and a nice size. But quite dated. There wasn't enough staff. The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay. So we had to drive to go and get food and drink. The chef was saying he was unhappy and was leaving. When we did see staff, they were friendly and helpful. Can not recommend people to stay here unless staffing issues are sorted out. There's very little in Cambell tiver anyway. Unless you want to hike

The rooms are slightly outdated but are a spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great for going for hikes and going on wildlife tours, we went on a bear seeing tour and it was fabulous.

United KingdomRoom was a little tired and needed an upgrade. There were no plugs in the bathtub or wash basin. Outside decking needed repairing. Evening restaurant staff were clearly stressed and understaffed, although the food was generally good, of its kind.
Excellent location overlooking the water. Room was clean. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Spotted some orcas from the panoramic restaurant - always a bonus!
