Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is the second time I can't get invoice from hotel which they indicate booking.com already charge. Without the invoice, I can't reimburse from company and this make me need to pay by my own for nearly a thousand dollars and I already reflect last time but this time is still the same. Quite disappointed. Next time I won't book through booking.com if I need to prepaid and can't get invoice from the hotel !!!

The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely with nice views. It's walking distance to town.

Pricey, but typical for area. One small pouch of coffee supplied for French press - additional coffee for a fee in lobby. At this price, the amount supplied was skimpy.
Nice spacious room with kitchenette. Underground secure parking. Comfortable bed.

The noise from people partying in the spa pool at night was an issue. The very tight car parking under the building was an issue. The spa pool had lots of dead flies floating in it, the time we used it.
The location is good in regard to distance to the ski field. The staff were friendly.

I didn’t realize I had to give notice we were bringing our dog; we were explained the policy very kindly and she was warmly welcomed nonetheless. Staff were friendly and helpful

1. pool was closed., 2. two tea bags were not enough. personally, i prefer tea to coffee. 3. This is forth stay here. Previously I was taking the cheapest room which has carpet floor - does not look very clean. This time i took more expensive room that has laminate floor and did not regret.
room clean and warm, shower has nice size and comfortable, jacuzzi outside, steam room is great. Everything you need on kitchen. laminate floor looks clean

No real facilities in house for eating. Sunday am all local places closed except for MacDonalds. An offer of continental breakfast would be good.

Nice place. Close to Pemberton village with McDonalds, restauraunts and shops nearby. The lodge itself has a nice pool, hot tub and steam room which were very nice. Great staff and lounge. Room was spacious. Shower only no bathtub.

Difficult to say. I did not run into anything that would upset me or made me unhappy about that place. Nothing that would hold from coming back to this place.
Very clean, close to highway and not far away from Whistler. I am not a bath tab person and shower was a great bonus for me. Stuff is very helpful. Will be visiting this place again.

I found the shower controls a bit tricky and the fireplace did not like "my" waving. ... slow to react.
The fireplace which was cheery in the evening. The kitchen for breakfast - thank you for the real teapot. The shower unit was very practical. Offering my son (who lives in Pemby) use of guest facilities (ie pool, exercise room) he would have used but no time.

Kitchen utensils were a mixed bag, probably because guests pilfer or damage them. A minor issue.

I didn't like that everyone had to be Vaccinated, if your trying to keep everyone "safe" we should be doing tests. You can catch Covid and also pass it if you vaccinated or not! I also think that NO Smoking sign was a bit much, For $500 per night If the boys wanted to enjoy a cigar on the deck of our room they should be able too.
