hot water is not enough (the heater might be turned too low). It's very hot winter day and we didn't take extendedly long shower. Hot water was gone before one finished up. Had to wait hours before another shower. However, great staff offered us another room close-by to take shower.

great location, spacious room, everything you need is basically equipped. Even though the snow is almost all melted due to the hot weather, we still managed to ski and had a lot of fun.

Location is great, easy access to everything. kitchen facility great, room AC is quiet and good for sleeping, parking is good for my truck. happy stay!

Towels left behind the door from previous guests. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff on check in and check out was excellent. In the evening when we went to mention the air conditioning the staff was not very kind.

Beds! Sofa bed was awful. This absolutely needs to be replaced it wasn’t even good enough for a fog to sleep on. The mattress was so thin you could feel all the springs. The main bedroom bed was much too soft and we didn’t have extra blankets.

Because I have problems with mobility, we were not able to take advantage of the opportunity to walk around the village.

The room was comfortable and well-designed. Checking in was easy, but we had no other interaction with staff.

I tried to extend the check out by one hour… my request was denied. I checked the rooms availability- most of the rooms were available… my request could have been accommodated…. It was only an hour! That’s the only thing I did not like.

Parc Plage was closed... this isn't related to the hotel, but I just don't know why it was closed. The sign indicated it was supposed to be opened.

I LOVE the location. And there was a little shelf in my double bed double room that had glasses and cups on it, and I thought that shelf was adorable!

I disliked the freshener used in the room.

The staff were very nice and made sure that I got the room I asked for. Hotel is right in the middle of the village. Windows are really well isolated. We did not hear any of the noise outside. Check in was quick and painless. Parking was 20$ for a full day.

We were on the fourth floor, which has no elevator. The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. If we came by ourselves, it would have been fine and the view was nice. But the two other families we came with were on the 2nd floor. We hung out in the evenings after things closed at 8pm and constantly going between the 2nd and 4th floor got a bit annoying with stairs but we managed. Overall a great trip!

Price, Location, service, people, rooms were clean and kitchen provided. We went with two other families so they were able to put us in the same building. Due to loyalty of this being the second stay for most of the group, they gave us free parking as a thank you.

To reserve a room credit card was needed, neither booking or the hotel did not contacted me about the matter When i arrived person at the reception told me that he wanted to cancel my reservation. Even though they did not inform me about it. The bedroom was very hot and loud fan did not help to sleep well.

Location was perfect, very close to all the fun activities. Very nicely equipped studio.
