Was sad that the restaurant was under renovations and breakfast was not available but the coffee was good. Bus stop right in front of the hotel is a big bonus.

For the price we paid we were surprised to see a worn out chair in the room and no courtesy disposal sandals for the washroom. The room had a smell that stood out. We are expecting better from Four seasons Sheraton.

The location of the hotel is great. In a quiet area and easy to get to the highway. Comfortable beds.

The loud noise coming from the next door. The renter were up really really early and was talking on the phone with his speaker on. It went on for a couple of hours at least. The noise were coming from the door that separated two rooms.

They gave us a sofa bed which is not what was advertised! It’s so annoying! The bed caused my back to hurt and during a holiday, it is is very unpleasant and disappointing!

The HEAT/COOL unit (PTAC) is absolutely terrible and unacceptable inlc. the next room over unit which was heavily vibrating keeping as up every time it run. This is the biggest deterrent to stay here again as otherwise we really liked the facility.

Rural feel while easy to connect to main centers of interest. Generally a nice place to stay with friendly and attentive staff.

A coffee shop close by for the morning would have been nice. There is a restaurant there, but it was closed which was unfortunate. But overall, everything was good about this hotel.

The staff are excellent. They were friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Nearby shops for quick lunch. The room has a microwave. I was able to pick up lunches from TNT and warm up in the room instead of eating out. The gym was clean. Equipment was in good shape.

The rooms are not sound proof. I can hear my kids laughing and other guests’ conversations even when you’re just passing by their rooms and this goes all the way up to the elevator. There are no toothbrush & toothpaste for the guests included in the complimentary things. I also am not comfortable knowing this that the hotel is not held reliable for the guests’ car in case when it gets broken into even if it’s parked in their gated basement and when in fact it’s under the hotel’s property and I’m not even sure if there are security cameras in the basement parking. I feel like by implementing that policy it’s like they’re saying they don’t care about their guests. Safety, concern and comfort should be their top priorities.

I love the customer service of the Filipina attendant. She was really pleasant, nice and her hospitality for the guests is above and beyond. I actually forgot her name but she was the front desk agent on the Saturday afternoon shift.
