The building is old; it needs maintenance. It has unsafe windows with easy access, which most henges are aged and is not secure, accessible and dangerous for kids.

There was a helpful receptionist.

Restaurant staff were great, but they weren't prepared and missed some items off menu..hash browns came as french frues no fresh seasonal fruitthey did cmpenasta us.. Beds were quite bad and hallways dirty.. underground parking looked and smelled like raw sewage.4 in room only 2 hand towels bath towels no face cloths.

The hotel is very outdated and needs renewal. When you walk on the floor, it shakes the TV stand so hard that I thought it would fall. The bathroom seems to be from the 50s.

The room had 2 queen beds, one large soft easy chair and ottoman and a table, armoire and TV stand. There was no chair to sit at the table until a staff member came the 2nd day to 'replace' the one we had but instead just left us one. The curtains were not on the rails properly and the sheers behind the curtain were only on one side. The windows opened but there were no screens to keep the bugs out. Upon arrival we were also missing one washcloth and hand towel but did receive one when we asked at the desk.The staff member at check in was not pleasant and did not give us a receipt for our credit card, saying we would receive it when we checked out. When we checked out the same staff member stated it would be sent by email but we wanted a print out. It seems there was some confusion related to the paperwork and our information was confused with someone else's. Another, more friendly, staff came and eventually made us a copy of our receipt but was not able to give us a statement. It left us with a negative feeling.

The bed, linen & pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had excellent water pressure.

It need some renovations. the rugs are getting a bit run down. things need to be updated in the bathrooms. the jets for the tub didnt work.

tv didn’t work. was told someone will up to fix it no one came for 3 days. toilet seat didn’t stay up and sitting on it I thought I was going to slide right off the bowl as the it wasn’t tightened down to the bowl. a/c didn’t work, just the fan blowing cool air.

Booked for lake view but had to settle for mountain view. They had no staff to clean rooms, as the front desk person said. But it is hard to believe what they said, looks like a cooked up story to get higher rent from other guests. The main part of the trip was to stay in lake view room. They promised to cal me to talk about this thing.

I read the reviews which noted that the hotel needs upgrading. IT DOES! the room had stains on the carpet, mold in the caulking in the bath, dust and flies in the light fixture in the bathroom, old tub that was in less than great condition. The furniture was mismatched and old. The whole place needs a major facelift.

The bed was comfortable and clean and the location was good.

The HVAC wasn't up to coping with a freakishly hot spring evening but perhaps it was still in winter mode.

It's an old building with old fixtures, but it's still good value.

The bathroom spewed water at us every time we turned on the tap. The ceiling popped whenever we opened the bathroom door.

The location is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was a reasonable price and tasty.
