We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWifi was a bit patchy and went down altogether at one point. Tiny issue with the bathplug in my room- it was broken.
Staff are unfailingly helpful- especially the cleaning staff who do an amazing job. Bar is good -and wine selection excellent. Bathroom products were great too.

AustraliaThe front desk young lady could be a lot friendlier and smiley. It's a shame that We were welcomed with a cold, abrupt and unwelcoming speech. She also was not helpful and wasn't informative about the hotel's facilities e.g. (wifi, breakfast, gym, and map). If not mistaken the name of the front desk lady was Atillia. However, the evening guy was a complete opposite manner.
We like the style of the hotel, especially the lobby and the bar, very chic and cool. The hotel is in good location - close to some great restaurants.

United States of AmericaThe staff was lacking some manners and were not as helpful as they could have been when trying to get basic information about parking the car or getting around. The cleaning staff did not replace empty toilet paper rolls so that we had none in the room. Seemed like they just rushed through the room and didn't pay attention to basic needs.
The location was good. We were able to easily walk to the Basilica, Old Montreal and Old Port areas very easily.

Excellent location and gorgeous hotel. The room was large and exceeded expectations. The decor is lovely and the connected bar is a wonderful meeting place before going to dinner and/or after a long day walking. The staff are helpful and kind. Can’t wait to return!

United States of AmericaVery challenging for my elderly sisters. There is no hand rail at the steep, four step entrance.see photo. Door handles were awkward and entrance doors heavy. The shower was in a very high sided bath. No walk-in shower. The towels were too high to reach. see photo. The print on the shampoo etc was microscopic and almost impossible to read . There was a constant "Humming" noise in the room. Breakfast was limited and expensive. Bell hop was hard to find. Reception area was very plain and functional. We never felt really welcomed. (I understand that there were limited, upgrade rooms in the building with walk-in shower but non were available during our two night stay)

CanadaSince Old Montreal is so busy in the summer, there was a lot of noise at night from the main street in front, even though we were on the side of the hotel and on the top floor.
The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are friendly and professional, and we appreciated the high ceilings and huge windows in our room.
