No possible Parking reservation and thus there was no parking spot available for the SUV at our arrival! Be aware of car theft in Montreal! They stole our brand new SUV from the street next to the hotel!

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They managed to have our group suite and room to be next to each other. The rooms were ready earlier by 3 hours which we appreciated as we arrived ahead of our check in time.

Breakfast was pricey and especially as the Gluten Free option was only a change of bread with no other gluten free alternatives for the same price!! If you’re vegan there was very little choice and no reduced price for this option either as more than half on offer would not be suitable There was a broken air conditioning and slow water drain in one of our rooms.

Front of house staff were excellent and very welcoming and helpful. Location is great. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and small gym. Rooms were clean and great that has a hidden kitchen with a few essentials.

There was not enough tea for guests in the room. Breakfast buffet was the same dishes every day.

the bed was really, really comfortable with a firm mattress. Clean and quiet... the 2 most important characteristics of any hotel. Large room, nice kitchenette, nespresso machine included. The location is great for downtown.

Old carpets and the difficulty getting staff to deliver decaf coffee pods to our room after several requests. But those were minor in the scheme of things.

Excellent location for our interests and needs. Great to have large room and little kitchen. Loved being able to walk to Mont Royal, the art museum and the best bakery ever off Peel St. Also to explore a vibrant part of downtown. Loved the incredible Greek restaurant adjoining the hotel.

Receptionist was a bit cold on arrival. Professional but no interaction or engagement. Not a big deal I guess but it is the little things. I thought the food and drink at the hotel was very expensive.

Arrived early and the room was ready which was great. I thought the room was lovely and clean - Very big also. The roof top swimming pool was great - If travelling in the summer

The elevator takes forever (granted there are like 30 floors) so if you have an appointment take 10-15min in consideration in case of the wait time

Service was perfect - everyone is efficient and very pleasant, I’m actually booking again because it’s my new favorite spot; above all in in the heart on downtown and a walk away from all the stores and are Catherine street

This place is so so beautiful, the room was incredibly spacious, so large , very cleaned , organized with everything you could ever need . We had to big big beds really nice , also really love the shower so relaxing so nice They have a beautiful rooftop pool , perfect views of the city . Also offer a gym . The staff is really friendly, really helpful The location is perfect Really loved the room, the property would love to stay again Thank you for everything Really Beautiful stay , incredible hotel . The elevators took really long.

The staff was really kind and super helpful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the hidden kitchenette is another great feature of the room that we chose. I love the central location of the hotel, and its close proximity to the metro. The hotel also has a rooftop with a pool and lounge area with a very lovely city view.

Lovely helpful staff and comfortable rooms with a small kitchenette that had just enough for us to have some breakfast and make snacks. The pool was a great asset too - warm water and lots of seating and towels.
