Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaThe swimming pool was super cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work so it was like sitting in a bath with strangers(awkward!)
Loved the jetted tub in the king suite (but it was noisy) and the location near the water was great!

Canada- mattress was terrible. Too soft, sinking in the middle. - the bathroom / shower is so small. High chance a bigger person couldn’t even close the door - the air vent in the bathrooms is so LOUD - There is no pressure in the shower - No soundproofing of the door. We could hear each person walking by / closing their door - Hotel situated just on the main road. So road noise to be expected. - No privacy curtains. So either you are in the dark or outsiders can see you undressing - The black-out curtains are too far from the window. So it is not blacking out anything. - TV was old - the finish of the room is frankly subpar (like joints of the shower, trims etc ) - the parking is to add to the hotel room price. Which is okay but increase the overall cost when comparing with similar hotels
- Location. 1 block away from hundreds of restaurants, bars, coffees. - Parking on site - good cleaning services daily - towels were soft - staff is nice - the room is spacious

CanadaIt was loud. You could really hear the other rooms and hallway so you had to be respectively extra quiet. (Unlike the room above us on friday) There was no continental breakfast, but I wasn't expecting it.
The location is great! It has an indoor pool open late enough. Easy access to rooms. Older building, with some kelowna history pictures, and well kept.

Canadasome specs on the curtain near the bed. Renovations could have been finished more cleanly; ie the the mouldings should be over the slat board, and properly mitered.
Location was great. Staff was friendly. Many things within walking distance. Food at the restaurant was also superb. Everything smelled very clean.

CanadaThe shower pressure was very minimal and didn't ever get very hot. Our floor was also full of partiers and we were woken up multiple times through the night, but this had nothing to do with the hotel itself.
We liked the location right by the waterfront of Kelowna - and the decor made the hotel feel different from other hotels in the area! The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and the road wasn't as loud as we thought it might be when we first arrived. It was nice to have parking on site and a friendly front desk host.

CanadaThere was an old pizza box left in our room. Cleaners forgot to take it. No biggie. There are several old matrresses that have been left out on the main floor patio. This was visible from our room and the gym. This really looks bad and should be disposed of asap.
No breakfast included. Location is great and the size of the room and decore are awesome! The front desk staff that night was fanatastic

CanadaPool and hot tub were closed and this was not listed on the booking. Staff made excuses that we were informed ahead of time. This was not a true statement. We booked this location with our friends for the pool and hot tub so we were disappointed the pool and hot tub was scheduled to open after our stay.

CanadaBathroom floor sticky. Shower head was not adjustable for water pressure and no shower door, just half glass wall. Would prefer sliding glass door for warmth. Didn't know there was $15 per night parking fee. However, the attendant waved the fee when I complained.
Comfortable bed, didn't hear any noise from people next door. Nice restaurant for breakfast.

CanadaThere are no sound barrier, enough to soundproof from other rooms and/or elements. Didn't like when the fan is turned on from the HVAC, dirty debris is being blown and/or the debris can enter from the overhead exhaust. The parking space is not enough during the time when I was staying to accommodate all patrons
The location was right at the corner or the Park and the bridge to the West Kelowna. The staff is super great and is willing to accommodate requests. For an older building, they establishment upgraded certain items to meet the needs of today.

CanadaVery cold pool. Older beds. No info on surrounding restaurants. Takes a very long time for the water in the shower to turn warm. Hot tub jets barely have any strength.

CanadaIt's right at the corner of Abbott St and Harvey Ave; the busiest intersection of Kelowna (imo). Even though the city is quiet at night to get a good sleep, once the morning rush hour begins, you'll hear it; so 'sleeping-in' is a challenge. Which is why they include a set of ear plugs in the room. And the sliding doors to the balcony are well insulated for sound as well.
I choose this hotel for being close to Prospera Place where TOOL was having a concert. It was a 15min walk, half that time to any pub or eatery along the way. It's a very convenient hotel to stay in for events like that. The room itself is great. Well kept. Beds were the right softness to my liking.
