Great location, I was in the tower suites so great view as well. Clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about. Also I found it was good value for the money, Toronto is pretty pricey to begin with.

We found our bed a tad too soft & the washroom was tight, though feasible. Would appreciate a little less of the kitchen area to be incorporated into the bathroom. Otherwise a wonderful stay

Definitely thought the room was bigger by the description. However still comfortable for the night.

We loved the look of the lobby. When the restaurant was lit up at night it looked amazing walking into.

The night was quite cold out with a strong wind and the heating system in the room had a hard time keeping up so it was a bit chilly. We were offered free coffee vouchers when we mentioned it at checkout.

We had a Tower Room on an upper floor. It was a suite with bed, bathroom and kitchenette. We really like the location as it is close to the train station and downtown. We have stayed here multiple times and always been pleased.

Room could have been a little cleaner/better kept but it was good overall. Aircon was extremely loud and flashing light on the smoke alarm woke us a few times. No ceiling light in the bedroom which was a little annoying.

Location was excellent, views were great and the bar was lovely. Shower was really good as was the TV and streaming services. Staff were nice and helpful.

No real dislikes but having a bathroom door that only slides can be quite noisy when one of you gets up in the night to use the bathroom. A door takes up more room but is so much more practical.

Front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful. Considering we had a room on the 32nd floor the lifts were fast and frequent. Location is very central - a short walk from Union Station. The fitness centre was very well equipped.

The hotel had all facilities at an exceptional level - rooms was fabulous, restaurant/cafe area was absolutely great. Staff, and specifically the receptionist Chloe, accommodated to our last minute request for a bed + sofa bed, despite limited availability.

The lobby bar was too loud for us. If you like a bustling bar scene (if you are young) you will enjoy the lobby bar. My wife and I opted to play cribbage in our room with a bottle of champagne.

The hotel is on the eastern edge of The Path, giving you underground access to everything downtown. The location is amazing. The hotel itself is well appointed. The rooms are set up like condos. They have a small kitchenette. We were able to have snacks and leftovers easily in the room.

This place was very luxurious and beautiful. We came on our anniversary and they upgraded us to a high floor with an insane view. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating. The valet was friendly and prompt which was such a relief in a busy & foreign city to us. The second you walk in the hotel smells amazing (I need the scent they use lol) and it’s so clean and beautiful. We were only there for one night stopping on a long road trip so we weren’t able to use many amenities. However they have it all; gym, restaurant, bar, room service, etc really anything you could ever need. There was always someone greeting you when you walk in and out. Location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, coffee, and the raptors arena. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re from the US and unsure… this is definitely a safe amazing opinion. Very reasonably priced for how luxurious it looks and feels as well in my opinion.

I enjoyed my view and saw A lovely full moon and even the sunrise too, but I wish the bathroom was bigger. Also there was no body lotion in the room.

We had a suite with small kitchen as we hoped to be able to make light meals. Was disappointed in how the kitchen was equipped. Good applicances but very few dishes, pots etc. Housekeeping did respond to our request for more glasses and bowls but there were just too many things missing, which became obvious as we tried to prepare simple meals.

Great location. The metro station was just right in the corner. Also, they have a food night menu which is served till 6am. If you come back from a bar and you are hungry, just ask on reception for the menu. Staff is super friendly btw.
