The ventilation in the room was a bit noisy but that's the only thing that makes me rate the hotel Superb rather than Excellent.

The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and they made me fell "at home" while travelling. I would recommend this hotel and would book here again.

You can tell a lot about the establishment by the person who greets you at the entrance. The Asian doorman at 1900hrs on the night of 15 Dec was not only discreet but attentive, observant and respectful. The Japanese lady who upgraded us to a room, uninterrupted by renovation works also employed business subtlety- nice touch to a long week. Excellent staff.

The downside that we experience was the room as there were few major issues especially the broken bathroom door lock and disfunctional shower caused our stay unpleasant.

Far too expensive for what it is. Finding some drugs leftovers (crack toolkit) in the swimming pool wardrobe.... Not a 5 star hotel. Outdated. This is dating 70' or 80'... They could refurbish and make ir great. Lobby too busy and queues like never seem for checking checkout.

We were in the building for long stays and the room was cold, hall ways also cold. Went to use hot tub and was Luke warm and indoor pool was cold. Room was alittle dated, needs an update

Lacking amenities in a room: no toothbrushes, cotton swabs, towels. Refrigerator was locked out and didn’t work in the room.

Didn’t know about construction until after my booking was complete! Very noisy the afternoon we checked In was jackhammering sounds for multiple hours very Loud in our room! Toilet paper and immenities in the bathroom very cheap quality for the cost of the room! And the beds were way too soft!

The internet was spotty and turning on the tv while it connected charged me for purchasing a movie but I never wanted it. I never got it correced.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect location!! Staff was amazing! Room had a smell when we checked in. The mini fridge had stopped working. We told the front desk and they had a new fridge in our room within the hour.

The only complaint I have was our checkout. They tried to overcharge us for the item we put on our room from the gift shop and the lady was not very helpful or friendly to us at checkout. Super disappointing way to end our stay that was otherwise amazing.

The hotel was fancy and beautiful! It was nice to have the pool and hot tub. The location is fantastic!! Shops, restaurants, our show venue and the sky train were so close and convenient.

The rooms were slightly outdated but it seemed they were updated floors as we were there. I also would have liked if there was room service with food that was more family friendly.

The location was amazing, right in walking distance to everything you could want to see around Vancouver. We even travelled with our 1 year old and pram and it was so easy!
