Great location near to the station, with lots of restaurants close by, walking distances to major landmarks. Liked the 'trust bar' and availability of good coffee at all times.

The room was very small but in an expensive city like Amsterdam that can be expected. There was a LED ceiling light the when off flashed every 25 seconds when turned off. The bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. We mentioned this two things to check-in but neither were fixed during our stay.

Great location two blocks from Copenhagen Central Station and the Metro. Tivoli is just the other side of the station. Excellent breakfast - hot and cold. Lots of restaurants nearby. Paying 100DKK for adopting the going green option.

We were not fussed on the bed sheets, they were very rough and did cause some discomfort.

The location was ideal, close to everything, but in a quiet spot. Rooms were a tidy size and had all the necessary amenities, the Molten Brown products were a nice touch. All reception staff members were very helpful, no matter what time of the day it was. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The wine hour was a nice extra gesture.

A bit on the pricey end for the room size. There was a weird step inside the room to access the bathroom.

Location of the hotel was really good for us that traveled from Sweden with the train. It was 2min walk from the station. Our Room was clean and nice. Very friendly and nice staff.Breakfast was good.

I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work in the room but seeing coffee was free in the hotel it wasn’t an issue I pursued.

It was a perfect stay. We stayed at different hotels in Copenhagen previously, but it was the best one yet. Very helpful stuff, advised us couple of dinner options in the area and it was delicious. Wine Hour was a surprise, but a nice touch. Also for the first time a hotel gave a a small gift for skipping housekeeping and towel changes. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Comfortable, relaxed surroundings. It was lovely to sit in the lobby area with a glass of wine. We hired bikes from the hotel. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Good location 😀

Rooms were a little small, but we expected this with a city hotel.
