The pool is a bit small for the number of rooms they have. The water pipes in the bathroom made noises but it wasn't bad enough for us to complain. To be fair, when I mentioned it while checking out, the receptionist apologized and said that they would have moved us to another room if I had mentioned it earlier.

The staff and service were amazing! The rooms were well decorated, spacious and clean. The location is really good if you want to be in the middle of the city and have malls, shops and night life around you. Overall a very luxurious hotel, maybe the only one not next to the Nile river.

Selection of wines was restricted to Egyptian brands that are quite lacking...

High level guest was staying during our staying which caused nervousness to us by having many security guards were all over the place and in front of our room door, made me feel a bit uncomfortable, i guess they could have made it more un obvious so we don’t feel it. But over all we were very happy with our staying

We were recommended a spa at Hilton and that was not a good experience so I would wait until their own spa is operational.

Excellent hotel! We stayed at three luxury hotels in Cairo during this stay and WA by far exceeded our expectations and was the most comfortable and pleasant stay. Attention to detail 👌Meals were exceptional. Air quality is much better than other hotels. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.

It would have been nice if the qibla label was already in the room.

The hotel is gorgeous. The moment I stepped inside all my troubles washed away. There is so much beauty to look at. The staff is super helpful. There was no label indicating the Qibla for prayer and when I called them about it, they sent someone who was kind enough to show us and he even brought a prayer mat with him. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful om ali.

Everything was amazing

Exceptional place, service and overall just amazing. They made us feel more than at home, going above and beyond every request. They even made my kids hand-drawn images of them with special treats everyday. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Every staff member knew our names, greeted us and was very warm and accommodating.

since it was a soft opening, it didnt have much guests, so we felt like the only ones in the whole hotel; we had to go to Hilton next to it for all the activities and restaurants. the room view was different than what we booked, they didnt have exact view .. the “garden” view was just an in progress garden where you can hear them working on it early morning. I think these comments are not considered very bad since they should be over by time.

Part of the room on the desk side table that has lamp that was quite low, it actually hits my head about 2-3 times whenever I stand. Also, the minibar which has complimentary coffee, as the identification of each has not specific. It creates confusion in me.

I would like to commend and appreciate the most welcoming and smiling face of Ms. Monica from the reception. Also, I appreciate how they celebrated my birthday. I like the management especially all the staff who is very accommodating, making me feel that I am home away from home, and they were all fully cooperating. I will not forget how you guys welcome me. Also. the breakfast which I had, starting with Chef Alias, Chef Mohammad Ahmed, Chef Abier and most specially the smiling face of Noora Mustafa and Sofia. Thank you to Amena and her staff in room service for the great service. Lastly, thank you to the General Manager, Ms. Dhel. You had an amazing staff with you. Keep it up! Thank you for everyone. I may not remember all the names, but I really do appreciate your excellent service and memorable experience you have provided during my stay (last 19 October - 24 October, 1 November - 7 November).
