IrelandSofa-bed was uncomfortable. Ok, for the first couple of days, but began to have a sore back towards the end.
Location was a little far out. But the hotel provided a bus to the beach everyday. We were happy to relax at the hotel as they had everything we needed. Beds were comfy but sofa bed was abit uncomfortable after 8 days of staying on it you could feel it.. That being said I would defo return here. Clean, lots of variety of drinks, great food (love the vegetarian range) animation team were great, and shows every night.

United KingdomThere’s a fan instead of an AC which made a little bit of noise during the night. We didn’t mind that, but it can be annoying for a light sleeper. In terms of eco-friendliness, this resort gets a 0. Plastic cups & cutlery everywhere that get all thrown into the same bin. Unnecessary single use items. Even food waste gets thrown in one bin with all the other trash, which considering their buffet style restaurant is a massive waste.
Good value for money. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were clean. A little bit outdated, but that’s understandable. Great variety of food, unlimited beer/wine & ice-cream/slushy. All-inclusive cocktails were too sweet for me, but you can ask for a simple whiskey with coke and they’ll make it perfect. Free little gym, a separate area for the kids, playroom by the reception & restaurants and a mini-market nearby. We had a flight in the evening and received a free lunch voucher on our last day. Entertainment was great. There is also a free bus everyday that takes you to the beach & back.

SpainThere is no airconditioning in the rooms and no air flow. We had to leave the front door open many hours to get air to flow thru the room and bring some cooler fresh air into the room and cool it down a bit. Closing the door and going out for a couple hours, you would come back to a very hot stuffy room again. This is the only reason I wouldnt come back to this hotel.
It was a nice hotel, nice atmosphere, and the all inclusive was very good. Enjoyed the meals and there was enough variety to not get bored. Plenty of healthy options also. Plenty of activities every day. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

United KingdomThe food range at the restaurant was very poor and didn’t cater to some of our party who like plain food and being so many kids they wouldn’t eat a thing. I think it would be good to offer an English section with plain meat not in sauce and chicken nuggets etc.
The property was beautiful and in a great location with only short taxi rides to reach all local places. Would recommend. Staff were exceptional and always smiling.

United KingdomVery noisy inside rooms as building is next to highway. No ventilation in bathroom, all steam is accumulating inside bathroom or coming out into the sleeping room. Cocktails provided in all inclusive pack were from a tap having no similar taste to original names whatsoever. Hotel charges £1/ day per person for towel from the first to the last day even you don't stay next to pool and don't need towel every day.
Clean. Staff members are very helpful and friendly.
