Drinks at the pool were overpriced, considering there isn't waiter service. The website link to the services available in the hotel is confusing and not user-friendly.

We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Really only one thing… needs better pillows. It’s rated as a 5 star hotel, prices are also 5*, but has 3 star pillows. Not feather so hypoallergenic, but lumpy/not good quality so not very comfortable.

Good size rooms. Great location. Quiet, a little walk away along the promenade from the main strip of restaurants. Lovely views out to sea, from the pool areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent food. Comfortable beds, great shower.

The restaurant on our first night was awful (noisy, poor service,queing for hot meal) The Gaudi/Brasserie were closed or full, we nearly checked out next day but Kathleen on customer service desk saved the day in booking future nights in the Brasserie and Saudi.

We upgraded to Privilege and Marion explained the offer very well and we were very pleased overall

Breakfast was disappointing,felt like boarding school canteen. Privilege system was an unpleasant surprise,considering it claims to be a five star hotel.

Location was my main reason for booking this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a suite which was excellent.

It is quite big so you can easily get lost with all the different routes so can be a bit overwhelming. All of us agreed that the pillows could do with replacing as they were quite lumpy.

The staff here were excellent. The place looks amazing and is very clean. The buffet selection was terrific and the service was wonderful You cannot fault the staff, they are what made this place amazing.

Probably better signposting not everything but at least the main areas of the hotel would have come handy. Also, there was an issue with the pool where the protective layer was coming off and it was inflated underwater at the bottom of the pool.

All was good and as expected. Probably the main drawback is that the property is so big that it is a maze and takes some time to find your way around without getting lost.

Gym opening at 10am. We would have preferred an earlier opening time. Most of the staff were really attentive but occasionally there were a couple who were not particularly friendly and didn’t provide as good customer service as others.

My husband would have liked a kettle in the room as he does love his morning tea but everything else was fine. One last note and I know that this is not a reflection of the hotel or staff as they were wonderful but as a women of colour (I am black ) even my husband who is white became very aware of the stares. I found it very uncomfortable to be stared at all of the time by the other guests. I tried to ignore it but it did get abit much at times, however that doesn't mean that I wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

We stayed in room 707 which had a lovely view of the sea, the pool and the hotel. We decided to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary here as we came here in 2018 to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anniversary and honeymoon. It was a nice touch that the hotel left Champagne in our room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. There was alot of choice when it came to breakfast which was buffet style and we did have dinner on 2 nights as well, also with a good food selection. We also booked a couples massage with Fran and Lara. It was the best massage ever. All in all we had a lovely stay.
