Everything was top notch, except there were no windows opening to the outdoors, only into a rather dismal looking shaft.

No glass for a drink and no bidet. To use the safe you have to pay EUR 25 deposit.

Good locations, walking distance to all main attractions. We left one adapter behind, but when we collected our luggage, the receptionist gave to us. Many thanks for it.

A little slow to clean the rooms (done later in the day) but very thorough cleaning.

Lovely decor especially the indoor courtyard. Excellent location - very short walk to Real Alcázar and Cathedral. Friendly, helpful staff. Very pleasant breakfast setting and good food. Really enjoyed the Reading Room.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is in a lovely, traditional old Spanish building, ideally located just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and all the main sites. The rooms, whilst not luxurious, were very spacious, clean and quiet. There was a good choice at the buffet breakfast. An ideal property for a short break in beautiful Seville.

Fabulous location just off Plaza Nueva so near plenty of the major sights but also close to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops that were not 100% touristy. Very well appointed room and bathroom, fab shower! We enjoyed the mini balcony with a view of the street and all that was going on below, but was not noisy at night either. Public areas in the hotel were beautiful, and felt very peaceful with all the greenery. Excellent value for money too. No pressure to buy breakfast, and we went to some of the many cafes nearby for a coffee and pastry - but buffet looked nice if you wanted it, and it was in the lovely courtyard type area underneath the glass domed ceiling so a great setting. We are so glad we found this gem of a place!

Location: perfect for easy access to city sites. We walked everywhere. Easy to come back to hotel during daytime. Able to park our car in a provided space. (cool underground cave like, but secure parking area.) Restaurants and shops close by. The rooms were very comfortable and had air conditioning. The desk clerks were always attentive. PARKING: Driving through the narrow streets to get to the hotel, was intimidating, but possible. Many people walking around. When we got to the hotel location, there was a little (1 car) parking area to pull off the one way street. The hotel has a small sign and is 2 businesses away from main street. Once parked, you can drop luggage, before you park.

We did not like the room we were given but they kindly upgraded us to a much better room for our three night stay so we were very grateful for that.

The location of the property was excellent - right in the heart of the area near the cathedral and all key sights within walking distance. Breakfast is plentiful and staff were fantastic.
