We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReception staff were a little unfriendly, got told not to leave the door open to stop others entering but it was an auto door so no idea how I could have closed it!! The shower head was unattached and just in the bath, had to get them to sort that. The aircon would only blast hot air, the tv wouldn’t work properly as the Aerial fixing was broken. Quite thin walls, could hear the people next door going to the loo and the people above walking round. It’s just ok and having stayed in much better/nicer ibis hotels I wouldn’t stay here again

The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the warm and welcoming front desk managers. Each one of them exhibited a genuine hospitality that made me feel valued as a guest. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were remarkable, making the check-in process and overall stay exceptionally smooth. The cleanliness of both the room and the entire hotel further added to the positive experience. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was the fantastic breakfast provided by the hotel. The variety of options, coupled with the attentive hosts and hostesses, made the dining experience truly enjoyable. The staff's dedication to ensuring guests felt welcomed and well taken care of added a personal touch that elevated the overall stay. GreeceWe would really like a small fridge in room. This is the first time we ever stayed in a room without a fridge.
The hotel is on great location close both the metro and the RER train. You can easily visit all the famous city attractions. We even used the bus on Saturday that there is no traffic, at least in the morning. The hotel offers free cold water refill in the lobby that was very good as we didn't like the taste of the still bottle water bought from shops. Staff is friendly and on first day we could leave our luggage at lobby until the check-in. Breakfast was nice and tasty with just the basic variety you expect and surprisingly starting very early from 6am until 10am. The room was rather small but very practical with places to put both luggage. Plenty of sockets to charge your devices. Double windows so that you don't hear the traffic outside at all.

ItalyThe room was perfectly cleaned, but there were some "signs of use" here and there. Due to that, we had a little inconvenience which was promptly and kindly solved by the staff, by giving us a new room - however, it still costed us several hours of sleep.
Staff at ibis Styles Paris Tolbiac Bibliotheque is extremely kind. From receptionists, always willing to answer questions, to breakfast managers, welcoming you with a smile (a perfect way to start the day, together with a minimal, but more than satisfying, buffet). Bedrooms are small but they provide all the essential facilities - plus, the bed is really comfortable. Cleaning is accurate. The strength of this hotel is, though, the location: a couple of minutes walk from the underground and train station of "Bibliothèque François Mitterrand": very convenient!
