The apartment was dirty, there was no oven, the air conditioning did not work, there was no hot water in the washrooms once two people had showered. The apartment was not spacious enough for us and the apartments assigned to us were on different floors which made it very difficult to manage considering we were travelling with children. The height of the parking garage was less than our car’s height since we were carrying a roof box so we had to find a parking space on the street which was inconvenient.

The beds were clean and the location was ideal for accessing the beach and various other tourist spots. The staff was understanding, polite and friendly.

Noisy neighbours (couple nearby were shouting and slamming doors at 3.00am)

Staff were so smiley and helpful! They all did their best to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Rude mall receptionists,that don't help you with tablets loading.Look over your shoulders in the breakefast room, A lot off noise from renovation,people ,traffic there.Not warned about that in atwance.Had to change room to another building Stressfull for us both .Could not relaxe there at all .Always on my guard there,didn't go down to breakfast the last morning , because of bad atmosphere in the breakfastroom.

There breakefast, nice female receptionists,kedel in room , fridge in room,ball to cat food,bathrooms in room, good wive in ouer first room,cat aloud on hotel rooms ,little nice shop nearby,elevators to ouer bagage,good cleening there.

it was good enough. the location is not very good, but you can get to the center by tram. I didn’t like that when I had already received the keys, someone entered my room and opened the door with their key and didn’t even knock. at the reception they said it was the cleaning lady. but since I was on a solo trip, of course it was scary

The deposit situation, whilst it's in the t&c's it's confusing and hidden, although staff did what they could do to help. WiFi did not work in room, but worked in reception.

Location is a bit far out of town - tram needed to get to centre - and cancelled during riots! Location is soulless - pleasant, but modern and not typical of Marseille.

Room was pleasant and clean. Air conditioning was fine. Bathroom was modern and clean. Nice to have a towel dryer in it. Bed very comfy. Staff very helpful indeed. Breakfast very good. Reasonable value for money.
