It wasn't clean as the times before, there were some cobweb and furnitures are a bit outdated. Overall the whole structure needs a refreshing.

It' wasn't our first time there. Staff is very cordial and efficient, parking is convenient and reachable by lift underneath. Position also is very good, close to the city center. Overall everything was fine.

Everything needs modernising. The heater/air conditioning system was blocked on super hot so I had it either on or off. You can hear everything that happens in the corridor/other rooms

The room we were given had some tiling problems in the bathroom that need to be fixed, but they didn’t interfere with our stay in any way.

The location was very nice and in a central location in the city. The staff was very kind and helpful in answering our questions. The room was very spacious and had a lot of useful amenities for the price.

The room was actually a tiny apartment with numerous interior doors, so it was a bit difficult to move around. Still, that could be good for privacy if traveling with people who are not family. The lights in the bathroom went out and I had to shower in the dark.

Good location near the old town with the restaurants, shops, and market. Comfortable accommodation with a kitchenette. The property is dog-friendly. Pharmacy right next door was convenient.

Hard to find reception. On calling them in english they hang up the phone! I speak also some french but it was not possible to act. Parking have to be paid seperately and girl on reception first told us that no parking space left, but finally we get it after insisting and extra payment...

With a little more customer care I would have rate it a 10. Light in the kitchen was not working, they charged us twice for the city tax and they did not inform us about the parking so we payed another parking close by.

Pet friendly, great location, super comfy bed and big bathroom.

It was a great stay! Just one thing to be aware of if you need ironing: iron boards were available for borrowing at reception but you would have to carry the board to your room yourself.

Great location near old town, safe neighborhood, utility stores are just a short walk away! Stuff was great and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay again!

Parking was advertised, but when we arrived there was no place to park to check in, plus their underground parking was already full. Luckily, we found a spot in the city underground (Carnot), and it worked for 2 days and cost us 37 euros. Also, the air conditioning in the apartment did not work, but wasn’t a problem due to the season.

The location is fabulous and, in general, the room was fine, but a little worn. The staff was very nice after the parking screw-up.

The apartment is located very close to the city which ideal for the shops and restaurants. It is possible to park for a short time without charge whilst collecting the car park pass.

Member of staff intruded our room in the morning releasing our dog into the corridors. When we asked the guy what he needed ( in French) he completely ignored me!? I followed him along the hall asking, "where is my dog!?" Still he ignored me. Luckily I heard a scream from another room and I knew it was my dog saying hello to another guest/member of staff Everyday the hallways were blocked by cleaning trolleys. The floor of the room looked clean but our socks were immediately black with dirt. The parking is expensive and often full. AC was very loud when in operation.

Front desk staff were very polite. Location good for walks into town. Good sized apartment (2 rooms). Cannot hear road noise - good windows.

The room was very hot, but for one night was fine. Was also very noisy at night from the street below and gardeners started loud work very early in the morning.

Great value, spacious room with a double bed, separate single room, kitchenette, toilet and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Easy parking nearby, although payable (€20 for 24 hours) and short walking distance to the centre bars and restaurants.

The room needs to be renovated. Furniture is damaged, paint is missing. It just looks a bit worn out.

The breakfast was really good. A lot of food choices. Also perfectly COVID proof organized.

Sadly, the hotel it self could clearly use some updates. The building is very old, there were dead bugs on the walls, the equipment/kitchen was not cleaned and the bed was extremely uncomfortable... It is clear that the hotel hasn't had any upgrades or good cleaning service for a long time

The location is excellent, very close to the center! It only takes a couple of minutes to go to the best area of town. Also, the stuff are very friendly and they were happy to answer to every question we had when we arrived.
