We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe team doesn't clean the rooms regularly and when I asked, then I was told you have to pay extra for the cleaning as this is not part of the booking!!! Despite this I clearly told the staff, that is fine I will pay for the cleaning, nothing happened. Breakfast akhas only 2 iteams.

We got another room in return, which was small, dirty and did not meet our expectations at all. We had to give up this hotel. A big disappointment and a big problem - we had to quickly find another hotel for the night.

United Arab EmiratesWe were really disappointed with our stay and feel the price does not reflect the offering/standard. This does not meet the minimum requirement of three star property. We were looking for somewhere to crash at the end of holiday days in Aix and Marseille, somewhere clean. The rooms are desperately in need of a deep clean and refurb. The room had had a surface clean but most things were grubby and tired. Sockets were hanging loose, panels were falling off, doors were peeling. Apart from the main surfaces everything else had dust or finger prints. Wires were hanging down below the TV. Linen was hit and miss, curtains had small rips. There was one fork and very limited crockery and cutlery, not ideal for an apart-hotel. With a refurb has huge potential.
The reception was bright and clean. The location was great, short walk into Aix.

United States of AmericaEverything about this stay was disappointing. The room is certainly not worth the pricetag. The rooms are poorly constructed (with doors to the bathroom and shower room opening into each-other. Paint was peeling and the beds were uncomfortable. The AC in my unit was also non-functional in the dead heat of summer. When I went to the front desk to see to having it fixed, the staff could barely be bothered. I was told it was too late in the evening for a technician, and someone would be by the next day. Then they handed me two fans to carry up to my room on my own. When I checked in the next day, no technician had come. They could barely be bothered and told me to come back when I checked out for a discount (which amounted to about $36 USD off of a 160/night room). The hotel itself is about a ten-minute walk from the center of Aix, which is not terrible, except that the street it is on is very quiet and fairly dark. The hotel had no lights on to indicate where the hotel was, or for any safety. Additionally, the lights in the hallway were on poor motion sensors and turned on after you were firmly in the room/area, and you had to pay extra to have your room cleaned overnight (which they do not tell you at booking.) Overall, due to the disinterested staff, location, lack of AC, etc, I would NOT recommend this hotel, especially for a solo traveler.
It was easily accessible from the train station. Not *too* far from the center of town.

Switzerland- They promised a parking space, but couldnt offer one, since they were fully booked. I came by car myself, and when I arrived late I expected to be able to park. Now I had to find a parking space somewhere in the neighbourhood - When I checked in the room, the room was already taken. People were sleeping there and very annoyed that I disturbed them. I got another room, but this wasan unpleasant start of my stay - Horrible command of English by staff
