We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt seemed very expensive compared to some of the exceptional chateaux we had stayed in earlier on our trip. For the price I would have expected breakfast included. Wine was incredibly expensive- again compared to the other places we stayed. I did not like the light intruding into the room from outside ( I guess it was lighting up the outside of the chateau for show) as it was impossible to draw the curtains tight enough to block this, hence disturbing sleep ( a personal preference I realise)
Peaceful . Beautiful property, surroundings, comfy bed and fabulous meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful .

Very tranquil location a few clicks from St Malo. Welcoming staff and great food with a slight Cambodian twist Breakfast is great also but more traditional. Red squirrels rove around the gardens to our delight.
