The shower structure had a big hole underneath as if they had put the last part of the piece they had, and I had to remove a big ball of hair from the entry door.

Staff were really cool and during the last day they let us keep our luggage in reception for some hours given we had to leave later on. The location was pretty centric. The beds were comfortable.

I had to put two pillows under my head otherwise my head would touch the mattress.

Old furniture with some clear signs of wear in the apartment. TV didn't work and no one on-hand to fix it. Bathroom was also quite rustic.

Good value for money, exactly what we had come to expect. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking on-site which is always nice and safe. Room was spacious.

A good aparthotel, which is on the outskirts of the city, but close to tram and bus stops. room was clean and comfy.

Everything was as advertised and so nothing to dislike

Clean, compact but with everything we needed. Two big fans helped cool both rooms down and staff were lovely.

The pool was closed for renovations which we didn’t realise until we got there.

Mini kitchenette was extremely useful. It was nice to have a fridge. Excellent proximity to the city centre- about a 12 min walk.

It would have been better with a bit more kitchen equipment like a kettle and a hob with 4 rings instead of 2 We didn't bother cooking in the end. Kept everything shut because it was easy to jump over the balconies on both sides Wasn't ideal to have to clean up and take bins out on the last day

Easy place to stay - 10 minutes walk to the centre Staff very friendly and helpful Basic but suited us fine for a 3 night stay The bonus was being able to leave our luggage for free after check out and also the free water machine which also had sparkling

When attempting to check in, our train times had changed to a time when reception wasn't available. We attempted to email (well in advance) to let them know this and ask for the codes that we should have been provided with according to the description on the site, however, we never got a response, meaning we had to desperately ask for help (neither me nor my travel partner could call French numbers from our phones). It seems strange that, in a country where travel disruptions are very common due to strikes, the staff are not more proactive with checking emails for changes in arrival times/arrangements.

Very close to the centre of Bordeaux whilst remaining quiet and private. The lighting in the room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. Everything in the kitchenette worked and the hotel room was suitably clean.

There are like two power sockets in the room, both of them occupied and far from the bed, not really convinient. The hotel is indeed noisy, you can hear ventilation all the time or any sound really (we got unlucky and some other guest left their dog in the room, probably alone, and it was howling for like two hours early in the morning). The beds are short! If you are taller than average, this might be an issue

Nothing special - basic hotel and basic facilities. It is in walkable distance to the city centre, staff was helpful. It is actually looking pretty decent, even though it is visible the pics are outdated. Good for two nights.
