The room was a bit small, but it is the centre of Paris so we expected it. It wasn't a problem for us.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the Musee D'Orsay and the Seine. Metro and RER stations really close. Over the river were the Tuileries Gardens and you could walk one way to Notre Dame and the other to Place de la Concorde. The room was very clean and had a view of other old buildings. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was served from 7 - 11 so there was no rush. There was a good choice of nice food. The staff were all friendly, polite, helpful and charming and spoke really good english. We would definitely go there again (or to one of the other Esprit hotels).

More plugs around the bed so you could have lamps and phone charger plugged in at the same time - take an extension plug if staying.

The location was fantastic with all of the main attractions in under 30mins walking distance. We loved the ‘classic French’ feel of this hotel. The buffet style breakfast was delicious with a range of options available. The room was specious even with three adults sharing the room (2 single beds and a double sofa bed). The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the downstairs foyer before heading to our room. We would definitely stay here again!

The Classic room was a little small for £300 per night . I would upgrade to a superior room for a little more space but decor and little extras in room were much appreciated .

The ambience and decor were quintessentially Paris . The styling was lovely . Staff extremely helpful and break fast was very good .

Bathroom is very small, was ok for me but not usable by two people at the same time. Shower doesn't have a shelf to put toiletries on, so you have to put them on the floor. Sink is very small, and the positioning of the faucet on the side of the sink meant that inevitably water got on the counter. If you travel with a lot of toiletries (like some people I know) this would be a challenge. A minor quibble, this is a great hotel that I highly recommend and would stay at again.

Location: brilliant, walking distance to most major Paris sites. Close to two Metro stations and one RER station if you need to get further afield or can't do too much walking. Quiet street, lots of small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff: very friendly and helpful Room: small, but value for money in central Paris. Terrific bed Breakfast: Excellent breakfast buffet, a lot more food choices than you often get in small European hotels.

If I were to stay again I would choose a bigger room. For our short stay it was fine, though.

We really enjoyed the welcoming lobby. Water, coffee, wine, were available. Without an actual bar, they had alcohol set up using an honor system. Loved the way the hotel is decorated.

The room was very small and had a door separating the corridor and the room. That door was useless and could be taken out, adding some extra space.

We loved this hotel. It was small and did not have a testaurant, but they sent us to places to eat etc. They got us taxis when needed. Very competent staff.

Lovely relaxed feel, friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent, easy walking distance to many key attractions, and some lovely restaurants within 5mins walk. A real bonus to be able to pop into other Esprit de France hotels around Paris for refreshments.

No comments or suggestions... everything was just perfect. The manager is running a very professional operation.

The location was excellent for the Musee D'Orsay so I was able to spend more time enjoying the artwork and thus have minimal travel time. I also liked that I met the manager of the hotel, and was able to compliment her on her lovely hotel. All the staff very friendly, helpful and professional.
