The lift! Not even sure you can call it a lift, it can't be 60cm deep and doesn't comfortably hold a human. Also when the cleaners use the lift in the morning, they couldn't care less that someone with reduced mobility or heavy luggage might need to use the lift. This hotel is NOT SUITABLE FOR LIMITED MOBILITY OR WHEELCHAIR USERS. The location was dodgy, I wouldn't want to be out at night.

If we hadnt had the issues with reduced mobility, I'd give this hotel a 5* review. The staff are wonderful and super friendly, the rooms are bigger than I expected and really clean. Breakfast was lovely and had a good variety including gluten free cornflakes. The breakfast room is down a spiral staircase but really beautiful. Continental included normal ham, cheeses etc plus croissants, pain au chocolate etc, toast, cereal, sausages, scrambled and boiled Eggs at €12.50 per person. The beds were really comfortable, even the sofa bed. The only issue was the sofa bed dipped in the middle so two people end up sharing the same space. The bathroom is a good size too. From a proximity to the station point, the location is fantastic. Less than 10 Min walk pretty much in a straight line.

The area is not amazing. It's just convenient if you are taking the train. The lift is minimal. The room size is also pretty small.

The hotel was okay. We stayed there because it was close to the train station and it was convenient for us to arrive late at night with a small child. The staff was nice welcoming us. We needed to go to another part to do the check-in and also the check-out. Likely it is close and we didn't need to go a lot further.

- bathrooms are really congested to use for 1 person too. - extra beds which are sofa beds are really uncomfortable.

Breakfast had very limited options, not worth at all. Wi-Fi was also not good. There was smart TV but Wi-Fi was not connected to same.

Lift in the hotel is very tiny , can only accommodate one person with one bag , it was out of order most of the time .

Excellent location, very close to Metro and walking distance to Gare de Nord. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was out class . Hotel recently refurbished, everything was new other than the old small lift.

It’s clean and near to Paris Nord station. 5 - 7 minutes by walk, near to Metro La Capelle and also near to the laundry coin. It’s worth with the price

The warning about pickpockets could have been in some more detail. For example that they operate in groups on the Metro. The tea and coffee could have been more varied in room.

The location was ideal for our site seeing purpose. The warning by staff of pickpockets on the Metro saved me from becoming a victim. Staff was always helpful.

Rooms not soundproofed. Could hear the occupants in a nearby room at midnight and also slamming doors. Very cold dining room when having breakfast.

Expensive, but probably in line with what you find in Paris. The location isn't great, from a safety perspective. Probably the worst area of Paris. Weirdly, the reason why I chose it as it's within walking distance from Gare du Nord. There is a lift... but you need to squeeze in, in a way you wouldn't believe.

The room, the bed, the toilet, the cleanness. Bus stops just outside, two stations within a few minutes.

The size of the lift is incredibly small.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very good, near to the main two train stations in Paris. The surrounding area is full of different types of restaurants.
