Through the design of the shower that was flat, the whole carpet in our room was already wet before we used the shower. The whole room smelt like mold which was not really appealing and the carpet never dried for all the 3 nights we stayed there.

The location was amazing, the parking was immediately in front of the hotel, the staff was very friendly. The gym was clean, the room had all necessary facilities. The food was great and the restaurant/bar staff was very friendly.

We’re arrived early for a tour and spent 4 nights at the hotel. Given what’s happening in our country it would be nice to have an English speaking channel with current or reasonably current news.

Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great location. We flew in worm Washington State in the US to CDG then arrived by train. It was an easy 5 minute walk to hotel.

We went for a nice tete a tete dinner which was nice but not spectacular. Grand and exquisite champagne selection.

The hotel is located in the city centre, everything is close to reach with a short walk. This boutique hotel is a gem, with thought through and beautiful designs, very nice and supporting staff who gave us a splendid welcome. Breakfast was delicious - with fresh Crepes, Pancakes and freshly made eggs.

Location is excellent. The hotel is a super easy walk from the Reims train station, close to all the restaurants/cafes/shopping and 10-15min walk to the cathedral. We had a champagne at the bar and was great. We didn’t eat at hotel but we did hear good things about the food. The room was a great size, comfortable bed and everything you could need. We would definitely stay again.

But we got a terrible room with a view to the inside yard and literally we facing the kitchen windows. We asked to switch (we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary and mentioned it while booking too), but were told there are no rooms to move. Sad.

An older hotel, the floors creaked loudly in our room (impossible not to wake up a sleeping partner) and from above. There was no chance of sleeping in...

Fabulous location near shopping, dining, park, and train. Great restaurant and bar staff. Very comfortable bed, pillows, and the provided toiletries were lovely.

Super location and parking right next to it. And on check out day they gave me a ticket, so parking was just 12,50 for a day or free. I can’t remember. Restaurant is good, good is good, nice friendly service.

There was some rubbish at the bottom of the curtains from previous guests which was a little disconcerting although room seemed otherwise clean.

Very limited and fairly mediocre selection of Wines by the glass in the bar. This is France -- we expected better.

Parking was easily accessible. Location was near restaurants and shops and a reasonable walk to the cathedral.

We would have liked a nicer outdoor area at the back of the hotel to have a drink.

Our room, at the back of the hotel, was very quiet - although the view from the window wasn't very pretty this didn't bother us. We had breakfast on one morning which was very good, but we felt it was a bit expensive (Euro 23 each). We walked to all the "tourist" attractions from the hotel, which is situated near the railway station. The staff were very helpful and friendly and, when I left an item in the room, forwarded it on to me. Very grateful for that!
