Location is a bit off, opposite side from the attraction. Also breakfast was a bit of average. I thought it was a little over-priced for location and facility.

Everything else. Mosquitoes in the room, small holes in the walls from previous furniture / shelves / etc, no black out curtains, single glass windows in the main road, dump smell, dirty towels...

You get what you pay for. Some pieces of equipment were in a horrible shape. The worst thing was that the bathroom had no ventilation. After having a shower, it was covered completely by water. It was warm outside, so I could open the window, but I wouldn't want be there during winter. It was not possible to run water to the sink for more than a few seconds, otherwise the drainpipe below the sink started dropping smelly water. There was a cabinet below the sink. When I opened its door, the door fell out because the hinges were totally eaten by rust :D Wifi connection was rather slow and unstable. There was a million of small hurdles due to dysfunctional equipment, but on my second day, I already learned to live there.

All you need is very very nearby: supermarket, restaurants, historical monuments, central bus station, train station, tourist office... Given the location on the main street of the famous town, in between of expensive restaurants, the price is really extremely low. I am surprised how they can survive.The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The pictures of the rooms are not at all representative of the real rooms: this is not correct and kind of a fraud actually. I think booking.com should not list this accommodation that is not actually offering what is showing on the pictures (the pictures are fake). From the whole staff the only nice and helpful person was the cleaning lady. The others were kind of not interested in guests. Also I found weird that you can only pay cash, no payement by card is accepted.

It was noisy, didn't seem to clean but difficult to judge because of the type of installation and extremely simple, though fair for the price of 65 Euros in the heart of Avignon.

Whenever you shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. The room is clean to the eye but not when you look closely.

The wash basin in my room needed repairing and the rex was a bulb misting from the bed lamp. The communal areas could do with a bit more cleaning.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked great. I had a front room which was not at all noisy from the street below. All in all, I loved it

The wifi was a little weak in the third floor room.

This was a simple place. The best part was that it was very convenient, a five minute walk through the main gates to the old town. It is not luxurious. You walk up narrow winding stairs to your room. But it is clean, the bathroom is clean and up to date, and the air-conditioning works. The reception person was very kind. We had to pay cash because they had changed banks and needed time to set up the credit cards again. But he let us settle in and then go to the bank to draw cash. He carried our bags up and held them when we wanted to walk a bit before we left.

Desk man was quite unpleasant, his co-worker was much nicer. Room very basic and appeared half finished - sockets not fully installed, unpainted areas, just about fit for sleeping in and not much else.

It was a room, there was a toilet. Girl on reception was nice, her co-worker was not.

The common areas (hallways, etc) were a bit dingy and the elevator seemed a bit clunky so I wasn't sure about it when I arrived but the rest of the place was nice. The shower did not drain well for one of the days. Due to the weather being hot and wanting to have the window open it was a bit noisy as my window overlooked a bustling street, however, it did quiet fairly early (maybe around 23:00) so was not too bad.

The location was great! The room was nice and clean. The room had enough space, was clean, and had a great window with a nice view. It had space to hang clothes up and a nice shower.
