Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really good quality. The original art deco features were lovely and exceptionally well maintained. The toiletries were also of a high quality and we appreciated the complimentary chocolate bar on arrival.

very good location, close to many restaurants, the metro, even the center. You must try Union boulangerie and Coutume Poissonnière coffe. 2 minutes from the hotel and the best places we seen in town

Everything is a bit narrow and small.

Typical Parisian hotel. In the city center close to every amenities. Nice atmosphere. Nice staff very accommodating. The room was comfortable.

I took a double room with a friend and the fact that the toilet has windows everywhere wasn’t the most comfortable thing. As the room was very small, there wasn’t a way of not seeing inside of the toilet.

Nice style of hotel and very nice staff. They were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Good location considering the size of Paris, and very easy for public transport.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, especially as the reviews were so good! It was perfectly fine but I thought 15 euros was a bit expensive for what it was.

The staff were wonderful; the rooms were tastefully decorated; the bed was very comfortable; a bath in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise too. Walking distance from the Gare du Nord as well.

The mattress in the single room on the top floor has definitely seen better days and should be replaced as it's not comfortable anymore. The reading lamp was broken. The chocolate and the view made up for some of it but a good mattress is a needed basic I'd say.

I like the hotel and have been returning many times. It' charming and the staff is super friendly and relaxed.

The TV was a little small and dated. I wish we had a hotel key card, I didn’t like having to drop off keys, the helpful polite staff made this more tolerable, I was always happy to see them. The room was small with a low head room, but this is the norm in Paris. The room was a little less pretty than the photos, but it was still pretty and charming.

The staff! The staff were amazing and always ready and happy to help. They made us feel so at home. They spoke English and communicated excellently. The hotel had lots of lovely details, for instance, Aesop toiletries in the bathroom. We landed in Paris much much earlier than check-in, but the lady at the reception was kind enough to check us in before check-in time. This made all the difference for our stay and we really truly appreciated this gesture. This was our first time in Paris and the location was perfect for us. We could walk easily to places, restaurants and shops around the hotel and affordable Ubers to farther sites. This hotel is elegant yet cozy and charming.

Really nice little boutique hotel. Fantastic location in Paris 10mins from Gare du Nord and it's easy get to Montmartre and the metro to take you to all the great locations without having to travel too far. The staff were SUPER friendly and really made the stay great!
