The lamps beside the sofa cum bed were old and falling over. One hit me on the knee while I was sitting on the sofa. This is a safety risk and should be immediately rectified by the management.

The gym was smaller than expected, if a guest is already in there then you have to wait your turn to use the equipment. The outdoor pool is very cold. We had to ask for bathroom towels on arrival as these weren't in the room and the shower gel was empty which was a shame as they use a very nice brand. I ordered the same dinner twice across our 4 night stay. The 1st time it was beautiful, hence ordering it again, the second time it was very different in appearance and produce, different chef maybe? It wasn't as good sadly. Small things but worth mentioning as it's a lovely hotel that has really nice staff working there so I'd like to think they'd want to fix these.

Very friendly staff, everyone will always acknowledge you which I thought was very professional. There's 2 pools to relax in, the indoor pool was more to my liking as the outdoor pool was cold, not heated. The lobby has plenty of seating to relax in, read a book, take breakfast or dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable, a good size bathroom and very clean. Private parking accessed via an entrance gate made me feel good about leaving the car and the hotel is a 10 minute drive into the heart of Avignon.

The first room I got had a constant machine-running sound and I barely slept the first night.

The ladder to get in and out of the pool is set too low for normal height women! I reported the telephone in the room was not working on Monday and it was not fixed before I left Friday. Dinner menu a bit limiting.

Booked here for the pool and enjoyed it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy bus/taxi trip to center.

my kids' room - have the shower broken, we asked to repair them but it was not fixed, the water was coming out everywhere in the bathroom, my sister's room was not clean at 5 pm after the check-in, she was made to change the room, then she requested new clean towels but it was never delivered,

breakfast had a good assortment of food, the swimming pool was great and the surroundings were great, parking spaces have a spread area, and rooms are convenient

We ate two times at the restaurant and the quality was very different. One time the food was very tasty and served on decorated plates, für day we had the same meals and it was as if the cook was too busy to attend to details

- the staff can be a little more friendly, in this way you won't feel like you disturb them - the room was very noisy - in the last morning (around 6am) there were some tourists that made a lot of noise on the hallway and also above us (they moved some furniture or something like this), and it all was heard very clear from the room

Bad: room had an ant problem - lots of ants. shower smelled of BAD, had to keep door closed. Cleaning staff arrived at 11 AM on the dot and moved us along.

Good: room was modern, nice interior, clean, great location convenient to beach, drying rack for swimming, nice view, sweet cat that visited, good AC. Property employees were friendly & helpful

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities very well kept and clean. Garden and pools were clean and very pretty. Breakfast was large and great variety offered. We didn't expect the indoor pool and health club to be so well equipped.

There was absolutely no sound insulation between rooms, floors or corridor, but evverybody went to sleep at around 11 and there was no noise. But if anyone decided to even chat in their room we would have been doomed.

As a couple without a car, the hotel is a little out of the way, although this we expected and so didn’t spoil our stay - the buses were quick, regular and great value. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for cleaning for two days during the stay which we found a little disappointing.

The hotel has beautiful facilities and gardens - we really enjoyed sitting in the sun and reading by the pool after a few hours of exploring Avignon. The room was lovely and comfortable, and cleaned every day. We ate at the restaurant for one evening, and the food was delicious.

Aircon wasn't working, maybe because it's a bit chilly still, but wasn't a big deal at the time, it's quiet in the hotel and we opened a window.
