The cooling system or the air conditioning system didn’t work at all. We had to keep the windows open all the night despite the risk of entering insects 😢

Breakfast is really basic, very narrow selection. On weekends area can be loud due to outside parties.

price was good, rooms clean, just behind the corner supermarket to buy necessary stuff. 5min walk till metro station and close to Stade de France, that was the reason of selecting this area hotel. Stuff was polite and helpful.

They are good but for the rooms AC they didn’t work well so we are very difficult to sleep. They told us to change room but we didn’t want to change the room next time we will happy if there is extra fan so we can’t change the room. We can’t change the room coz our stuff .

We payd the parking 20€ the day before leaving but we didn’t receive a bill or something that could prove it, so we were a little bit unquiet that night if we were asked the next day to pay again the parking. I also didn’t like the neighborhood

The neighborhood! Didn't feel safe to roam around late and it was noisy always. There were vending machine facilities in the lobby for coffee which didn't work most of the time.

For a budget hotel facilities were great and more importantly clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was also good. Convenient nearby metro and bus.

Did not change dirty sheets. Breakfast can improve with adding some more choices, very basic and takes a while ti replenish. The neighbourhood is not a very nice area. Afraid to come out at night.

Good value for money. However, very basic and had few bites ? Bed bugs on our 3 night stay. Tidy up the room everyday.

Took over an hour for reception to allow us to go to the room as it was not ready dispite we were booking in at 17:00 in the evening. They didn't give me the room I booked. Instead we were given a room with a bunk bed and double bed for 3 male friends to share.

It would of been nice to have the option of paying for a kettle on the room. My card wouldn’t work on the coffee machine downstairs and it would not accept the coins we had.

The location was not really favorouble for the night time as there were many homeless n drugs people around. During the day its fine n all good just the night time.

The rooms were really clean together with the bathrooms. It was had quite a big space as well for the price. Also was just near the metro station about 200 metres.

The location is not suitable for families. Felt unsafe. Very poor Air conditioning and a sound was coming from the AC through the night. When my wife and I entered the hotel late at night after sightseeing paris, there were two other people(looks drunk) at the reception who appeared to be customers. They were looking at us in a weird way and speaking in French. The area also didn't feel safe at all. I read in other reviews that it's a place where crime happens. If you are going this place at night or with family and you don't have other choice i would recommend to go by cab to this place. Don't take risk by walking.

Room was ok and worth it for the money we paid. Like a proper budget hotel. The room was clean and tidy.

Not offering live Omlet in Break Fast and staff don't speak English. So it's been very difficult to explain or ask for anything.

Breakfast is average, Surround feels little scarry in evening if we go out from hotel area.

The parking garage is not suitable for larger cars, very narrow entrance and narrow for driving around. Only staff can take elevator to garage, there are 2 elevators, but only one can be used, very simple breakfast (no bacon and egg)

Very close to public transport, rooms were clean and comfy, small garage to leave your car behind while going around Paris on public transport, right next to a big grocery shop, vending machines in lobby

Friendly staff/security. We had problems with our first room and the stafd was able to move us to another one quite quickly. There was a table tennis at the reception so the kids were able to enjoy!

There is only one elevator, which is clearly not enough for such a large number of visitors. When checking in for three people, there were 2 towels, and there was no soap at all. We asked at the reception to correct the situation, but unfortunately, in the evening I had to go again and take soap and towels myself. No hair dryer. And there is absolutely no place for clothes.

The rooms are small, but very clean, freshly renovated and fully consistent with the description stated on the website. Excellent value for money. Great location - 5 minutes to metro. Very close, ie the next building is a huge supermarket.

One working lift for a 7 floor hotel. Rooms are small. No table or any storage just stupid mesh bedside shelves.. Local government unit area dirty and run down. Very basic breakfast

- Poor english from the hotel workers - cleaning could have been better - the security guy was rude, came to our room to tell us to check out, 5 minutes after we checked in - very bad internal communication - No lobby to wait, were waiting standing to check in, cause we arrived earlier than expected

- Modern Hotel -still under renovation when we got there. - near the station, 10 minutes walk to the metro station - Good breakfast, had enough things
