To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

LebanonNo kettles i have to go all the way down to get hot water, no mini fridges. I wanted to put cheese in the fridge , one of the staff said yes. Another rude two man and woman wouldn't accept. I told them its 100 € cheese and they said no and kept blabing in french while they don't understand English just kept saying No. I said i wanted to talk to the manager and the kitchen guy said iam manager. A good employee was translating. Any ways i insisted and then put them on condition i take at 7am .
Clean and some staff are friendly like julia and elhaji they are great.

FranceThe room was smaller than we thought and we felt like the pictures on the site were made in such a way the room appeared larger than it was. It was our only disappointement about the stay. The bathroom in particular was really tiny.
The staff was awesome. They were helpful, pleasant, and made us feel welcome. They were all great and smiling. Even when we had a small problem regarding our trip and the activities we wanted to do in Paris, they made sure they could help us.

United KingdomWe had a meal at the hotel for ne abd two friends. It was €20 each. It was meat and cauliflower and cheese and whilst the bowl between three was hot, the food was stine cold and the salad consisted of a scraggy piece of lettuce with the tiniest piece of tomato on top. Vile. We cmplained but still paid as we didn’t have time to stand around as we were going to a concert. Do not eat supper in the restaurant. Overpriced crap!

United KingdomThe breakfast is not worth the 14 euros we paid. It is really a basic continental breakfast not much choice. The area there isn't much there, you really need to get the metro (which isn't far) closer to Paris. The beds are a little uncomfortable. (Mattress to hard) but am sure some people would find them comfortable.
The rooms are clean. The cleaning staff clean your room daily. The view from the front of the hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful.

NigeriaNo telephone in my room so i had to go down stairs to get room service for anything i wanted. A staff wanted to change it on my first night but i told her i just have one more night . she mentioned they were fully booked that period probably why i was given that room
The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows like i love it. They had a water dispenser in the reception and that helped me save on water as i didnt have to buy water because I drink alot of water. The breakfast was nice though not as many variety as i was made to believe. I could have been me imagining loads of options though.

GreeceThe location isn't very good whilst it is great to have the river in front of the hotel, there are many homeless people and some wierd ones always asking for money and creeping us out.
Very helpfull stuff and clean rooms, ritch and tasty breakfast. Great restaurants around the hotel with normal price range that you can eat lunch and dinner. Or have drink.

BrazilAlthough the front of the hotel is in a nice location, in terms of public transport and access to the rest of the city it's a bit trickier: to reach the two metro lines (5 and 7) near the hotel you have to walk through some streets that can be more dangerous at night, especially on the way to line 7. And the route to the most touristic parts of the city takes a long time, so it's important to anticipate this commuting time.
It's a really nice hotel: good location, in front of the Canal de l'Ourcq, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was well served, and the staff was helpful and kind.
