Close to the metro, just a quick walk and you can get to Paris centre. Quiet room and nice breakfast. The machine to make fresh orange juice is an awesome idea to start your day.

There's free tea, coffee, water and cake at the first floor as well as a reasonably priced little bar. Staff was very friendly, offered me to chose between several rooms and explained the differences got a very calm room facing the court rather than the busy street.

One of the breakfast staff wasn’t welcoming. Never smiled!

The front desk staff were stellar! Special mention to Kevin, Lina and Jen (abbreviated name as we cannot pronounce it). Breakfast was great with good amount of selection except for 1 day out of our 4-night stay - there were “slim pickings” - less than usual variety. Breakfast staff were also nice except for 1 lady who never smiled and made us feel she’s discriminatory. Bedroom cleaning staff also great!

The place totally met our expectations. Although we read some reviews that the rooms were small, ours (room for 2) was actually quite a normal size and met our needs. The whole place looked clean and well maintained. The location was also convenient as we had nearby access to several metro stations and were 30-40 minutes away from the main attractions of Paris and Rock en Seine (which was the subject of our visit). I'd say it's a great value for money.

Generally the workers were nice and friendly except the woman attending the breakfast on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th, April. That woman was rude and disrespectful with several guests. So bad to have such a poor experience.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was nice. Room was also a good size for 1-2 people. Location was good for those who want to explore Montparnasse and Boulogne-Billancourt areas. And easy to get to Orly from here.

the last day of staying dining area wasn’t organized like usually, lady in charge wasn’t pay attention to it. but it didn’t destroy my opinion generally

super friendly receptionists (males, by the way, there is young lady could be the same smiley and friendly like the other guys). location is perfect, everything is close or in case if u need to get for sightseeing it’s possible to walk to enjoy the view. Coffee and tea corner is so cozy

Please just to make sure that bottled water is in the room daily. The lift needs a little maintenance as one morning i waited about 10minutes but all good.

I came to Paris to attend IFTM TopResa and it was in walking distance every morning. The hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing! I will definitely be back next year

BREAKFAST - not worth it to buy it as nobody cares about you! It's almost always been empty, we been in many places and tried breakfast almost in all hotels we been, but I never seen such a small options of food for such a big amount of people coming every morning.... The employees as well doesn't care .. it says that breakfast untill 10 but 8 o'clock there not much to choose already ... We were really disappointed.

The hotel it's self was very nice and cute. Small elevator but two people fits in it. We love our small room and AC were amazing when outside was +29C. Hotel and rooms very clean and in good location

The hotel is located 30m away from Eiffel tower and 10m away from a metro station. There´s 2 supermarkets nearby by and some restaurants. The breakfast was ok although without much choice. fresh orange juice is a must! we had a problem with our AC and and the Hotel solved the problem in a very nice way.

The room is rather small and basic. The bathroom wall has molds.

The staff at the receptionist were friendly and helpful - from recommending food nearby, helpingwith printing to booking a taxi. The location is great, close to different metro stations that bring you to different parts of Paris. There were multiplesupermarkets nearby, including a Carrefour that closes at 10pm from Monday to Friday. The breakfast is rather basic but nice.

The hotel was inexpensive and a great value for the money. There was a metro station less than a 10m walk away that we used to connect to the rest of Paris. The breakfast was excellent and the room was the perfect size for the two of us :) Overall a wonderful hotel for our stay in Paris.

The room was okay-ish in regard to the cleanliness. Towels could be more clean and fresh. The ladies at the breakfast did a lot of noise when moving plates around or cleaning tables etc, which was quite annoying for the early morning hours.

It was a decent hotel, since Paris has a lot of old hotels in old buildings. The staff was friendly and breakfast was also good. Good connection to and from the hotel. Seemed a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

we had to change room as the fan was very loud on the 7th floor and we couldn’t sleep, the 2nd room was perfect though! there could be some vegetables or sauces (ketchup, mayo) at breakfast
