Restaurant service was a little slow.

Free and enclosed parking, breakfast, proximity to Tesla chargers and location wrt auto-route to Bayonne. Pet friendly.

Facilities were very dated (carpet) and room smelt musty (including one or two towels). Shame no food served in restaurant (only breakfast). No lift to the second floor - suitcases can be quite heavy.

It was nicely located, room clean, hot and powerful shower, good wifi. Staff were friendly. It was fairly quiet.

Good location (lots of shops, bar, supermarkets all short walking distance). Clean, smart, good WIFI. I never use restaurant so can't comment on that. Dog Friendly.

We had a ground floor room right on the drive into the carpark and that could have been better.

It's a great overnight hotel for our midway travel from our farm in SW France back to London. It is no frills but clean and good value for money and very close to restaurants and pet friendly.

Close to the A10 and Auchan petrol station, quiet and plenty of parking also has a restaurant.

Room and en suite were ok but small.

Great location as we drove back through France just off the motorway. Close to a lovely Italian restaurant (the hotel restaurant was closed at the weekend). Close also to an Auchan supermarket with cheap fuel. Plenty of secure parking.

Nothing, it met our needs

We needed a stopover en route from the UK to Bordeaux and chose Tours as our stop. Decided on a hotel on the outskirts of Tours so we could easily get on the road the next day. This hotel was welcoming, dog-friendly, clean and comfortable. Just the ticket! Nothing outstanding but definitely met our needs. It has a private car park, which was important, and we could walk the dogs across the road to a number of different places to eat. Didn't get to see Tours itself which was a shame, but you can easily drive in if you have the motivation after a long day of driving! Oh nice breakfast as well!

Staffing was a bit scarce in the evening, had to wait for someone to come to the bar to get served, then had to make payment with reception, seemed a bit disjointed

Was a great location for stopover to the south west of France, close to amenities and the motorway. Rooms were comfy and plenty of parking, nice continental breakfast in the morning

Check in. No evening meal although web site says on site restaurant. Bar was not manned except by receptionist and when I asked for a glass of wine, she couldnt work the till and I had to pay in the morning.

Room was comfortable and pleasant. Check in was easy although they did mix up my booking.
