The Location is phenomenal and the staff is very helpful. We had a pleasant room . For just off the main tourist area of the left bank, the sound levels were very low.

Location was perfect for us. Easy access to the metro and other amenities. Was nice they held our luggage until the room was ready. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The bed was clean and comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk was helpful, but not warm.

My daughter found the painting over the bed a bit creepy but staff were quick to help and got it covered with a sheet!

Great location but off the busy road so nice and quiet. Rooms were compact but had all that was needed and bed very comfy. Staff really friendly which was great for my nine year old daughter. Would definitely return.

Rooms are small and a little dated. Lighting is not very good in the bathroom for things like shaving or putting in contacts. If you like sleeping with the windows open the noise from from the alley below can be a little loud due to a club and a restaurant.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Literally steps away from a Metro and RER station. The Louvre is only about a 10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops all over the area. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Tiny tables in breakfast area, but breakfast was fine. Hair dryer cut out when used on hot.

Great location in a quiet alley behind busy streets. A quaint & quirky building. Easy walking distance from Metro line 4. Friendly helpful staff. Drinking water dispenser. Lift to avoid steep stairs.

A lot of noise from the bar below but the double glazed windows shut out the din. For the price of the room, tea and coffee making facilities should be offered in the room.

Close to metro/ buses. Many restaurants nearby. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a large TV and the aircon worked well.

The only drawback was that there is a alternative cabaret across the alley from the hotel. We didn’t hear any music which was a relief but we did hear the chatter of people below our room late into the night.

The room sizes were a lot smaller than what pictures showed online.

The location was wonderful. The staff was amazing and very helpful for our large group. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

The room cleaning was poor. Staff didn’t restock toiletries or coffee and when requested was often still not done.

The hotel was in a fantastic position close to the metro and RER stations. Situated down a side street closed to traffic so was nice and quiet.
