The place is very well furnished and very comfortable. The beds are adjustable and super comfy. Black out on point. The bathroom is super modern and feels.like a treat. A lot of great restaurants and bars nearby.

Check in was stated to be until 20:30 but we got a call at 18:00 to say the latest checkin was 19:00 and we were an hour away!

A really lovely, very clean and modern apartment in the heart of Annecy, location could not be better. Owner was easy to deal with after a change of check in time and took his time to show us around the apartment. Split over two levels the recently converted apartment has been built to a very high specification, specifically the shower which is an experience on it's own! Bed was very comfy but unfortunately as we were only there for a one night stop over we never really got to use the kitchen and lounge areas which were fully equipped and very inviting with a gas fire. Great place to stay.

Thankfully the attendant contacted me via cell, had he not I would not have been able to locate parking nor the hotel. Hot water ran out quickly, fire place worked only briefly and we were unable to relight gas fire.

Very nice stay, well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered in a basket with a nice selection of morning treats. The gentleman that received and greeted us was fantastic. The location once found was perfect for our quick trip to the area. Walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy.

The owner was very friendly! The room was clean and nice with an adorable breakfast nook. It was really well located. There was a small restaurant downstairs that belonged to the same owner and the food was excellent !

The noises of the streets were late in the night and after that came the waste company with cars. A little with worn out billows. Pictures also promise a little bit more than reality was.

Very good location, short walk down from the train station and close to everything. Welcomed by the hosts as soon as we arrived, both were very friendly and always available if we needed anything. Located in a busy area but didn’t hear any noise from our room, perhaps due to our room being located at the back of the property away from the street. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. You don’t need to bring anything, everything is supplied for you just bring yourself. Nice little touches that a hotel does not offer.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the management really friendly. You could not find a better location in the heart of the old town of Annecy. There is the underground car park of St Claire right next to it, so it is perfect if you travel by car. The studio we stayed in was amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had a cute little kitchen, an eating area, and the bed could be adjusted to different positions. The mattress was so comfortable.The bathroom had a hammam and a fantastic shower. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our door in a basket. Even though it was in the heart of the old town, it was very well insulated and quiet in our room. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafés all around. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.

The location s absolutely fabulous and so is room/small apartment with kitchen facilities, and a eating nook. We enjoyed the special and thoughtful touches in the accommodation. Breakfast was delicious downstairs in the square.

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as a five star hotel room should be, maybe it hadn't been used for a while. There were many traces of usage on the furniture (the bed linen had a hole and stains and the cushions were fringed on the edges). The cupboards and dishes were not really clean either which we think can be expected in a five star location. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless, because we had booked the stay with a reduced price.

The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the city centre, close to everything you might want to see in Annecy! The staff (from the restaurant) was super nice and showed us the apartment. There is a parking garage only a few meters away where you can safely park your car. We also enjoyed the sweet French breakfast that was delivered to our doorstep. A highlight was the spa shower with a turkish sauna. The room is was equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher and coffee machine, which added to the experience. Although it is right in the city centre the walls are isolated well. The AC works great.
