You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceEverything. Our main purpose was to have spa and swimming pool, hamman, and sauna. And having arrived to the spa, the staff told us we will have a maximum of 30 minutes as it will be busy soon. Unacceptable, as you pay for half day to only have access for 30 mins. So we decided to leave the hotel.

FranceI only booked this hotel because it had an I door pool. They sent me a message before checking in to say the restaurant was closed which wasn’t ideal but ok. Yet didn’t say anything about the pool. After I checked in I was told us was shut. I am very angry as no prior warning and I could have cancelled the booking with no cost and booked a cheaper hotel as the only reason I came was the pool. Also when I checked in for 2 hrs there was building work going on I think next door room as was loud. I had a disabled bathroom and felt very disappointed by the whole experience. I would not stay again

No parking after I had noted on the website they had parking only to be told to park in a public parking location a good 10 minute walk away and our car was packed full with holiday clothing etc. The Staff including a women who told us she was the Manager were unhelpful and surly, and informed us that parking could only be booked by calling the hotel direct, a message on the BOOKING.COM WEBSITE WAS NOT SUFFICENT.The pool could not be used by my husband as his swimming shorts were too long! The sink in our room was blocked for our whole stay it would not drain away. We have been using booking.com for holiday/hotel bookings for many years and to many worldwide destinations this experience is certainly never to be repeated!

FranceFirst of all I've booked this trip to have a little time off with my 15 yo daughter after her exams and busy weeks of work for me. According to the pictures and informations, it seemed like the indoor pool was part of the hotel. Well it wasn't, and my daugther wasn't allowed, when this is the whole reason why we've booked. The Thalasso is NOT part of the hotel, it's 15€ for 3 hours, which I didn't mind if they'd at least let my daugther in, but she needed to be 18... Whole reason of our trip was over. These informations were NOWHERE to be found among our arrival there. To this, add the fact that the hotel is overated (4 stars? no way), the bed and pillows aren't comfortable at all, the hotel looks and smells a bit old, the restaurant was closed, not much people behind the desk (lobby wad dead), and the breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been it this really was a 4 stars hotel. I would say it's a good 3*, not more.
The only thing good is maybe the location...
