a place filled with history and art....everthing was exceptional. the biggest surprise was the new SPA just opened that was free for hotel guests for 2h in the morning and 2h in the evening ( the wet area) ...they also had some delicious healthy refreshments.

Zero it was an outstanding hotel.

Everything, from the moment we arrive all our needs where taken care of. The best presented and maintain hotel we have ever stayed in. The artworks, the attention to detail was another level. The bar and entertainment was amazing. Everything was amazing.

The service in the restaurant was a wee bit slow but the food was great.

Beautiful property with an amazing art collection. The spa and swimming pool were lovely. My room was gorgeous and had a balcony with a sea view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We were accommodated on the floor where the renovation was taking place. The hallway was dirty

The bathroom: No shower cubicle .The bath and wall fitted taps was odd the shower curtains didn't enclose the bath, when you showered the floor got soaked, the curtain closed over the shampoo and taps. The hand towel rail kept moving so the towel kept falling off. That was the only thing that spoiled our stay. There were no USB sockets in the room and not enough power points.

The room was a little tired and in need of decoration, but even so it was still a very lovely spacious room. We had room service breakfast everyday which was very lovely, housekeeping was great.

No room to sit, read and work in the main hall

Eveything ! especially the bar where we enjoyed a wonderful evening with excellent red wine served by vey attentive M. Gustave. Crossing the street you can have a wonderful walk on the Promenades des anglais.

Wonderful historical museum like hotel displaying a mixture of classical and modern ambiance. Everything was as expected from a real palace hotel, from the first steps to the end. The restaurants were very good and Le Chantecler was outstanding. A special mention for the great staff that were extremely accommodating and made our stay to be a memorable one. We will be back.

I wish the food selection at the bar was more robust. It was pretty boring and didn’t fit the theme of the hotel

Initial room assignment was to an unrenovated room but front desk staff was very helpful in changing rooms. The spa has very limited hours unless you are buying a spa service. Very small space so understand the limitations but it's TOO limiting in terms of hours it's open.

Nice location. Nice breakfast area. Good valet service. Helpful front desk and Lauren was super nice in changing our room. Concierge was good.

The evening bar is a bit small and fills up quickly, we were a bit disappointed not to enjoy a drink there on our final evening as it was full.

The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were exceptional. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was luxurious with high quality toiletries. We appreciated the turn down service in the evening, and each time , we were left a small 'gift'. We enjoyed a delicious meal in The Rotonde restaurant as well as lunch in the Bar where the food was also delicious. The evening bar had a great selection of cocktails.

Just the usb charging plugs seem need more in the bed room and modernized a bit.

Location is perfect. Decorations are amazing and artistically as well. Bar and restaurant are very impressive!
