Ours was an overnight stay. Further from the main station than we thought especially on a dark evening. Bit of a grim walk across the Plaza.

Cheerful staff, nice facilities and a good breakfast. A fine location for walking the centre of Lille with all its shops, restaurants and museums.

Location is perfect, in 10 minutes you are in the centrum, we were hthere for a show and Zenith is within 4 mins walk. The breakfast was good, the room comfortable. The unexpected plus was how child friendly the hotel is.

No shampoo in the shower (the box was not refilled), no slippers in the room.

Very dark at night (thanks to thick curtains) and quiet, so it was comfortable. Breakfast was nice and rich. Perfect location, nice bar & restaurant.

Locations was excellent. Everything was walking distance. The room was very warm though. It was not very comfortable to sleep even in winter. We switched off the heater completely and still it was very suffocating.

Our room faced the flat roof to rear, although we did go for most affordable option. I think you had to fry/boil your own eggs, which seemed novel, first time I have encountered. Probably won’t be the last.

Good, clean spacious rooms, with pull out bed to toddler. The ground floor lobby space is very great and superb if you have a little toddler, who wants to play with the games available. Also the free water fountain in the lobby and fridge in room are excellent at minimising plastic wastage. Good little bar and breakfast.

Perfect location walking distance to the center and train station. All good. There is entertainment for family in the lobby. We are able to store our luggage before check-in. Everything was smooth and easy.

For a family room, it could have been bigger as we did feel quite squashed. The air condition didn’t work well at all.

The hotel is in a fabulous location to explore the centre of Lille. The beds were comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the reception area was a great place to relax.

The location was next to the Eurostar station in Lille. Centrally positioned.

There was some kind of sound during the whole night (I think it came from the airco system, although I turned that off in the room) as well as some noise now and then from the hallway or adjacent rooms. I'm used to sleeping in an almost completely quiet room, so this was slightly annoying. A bit pricy.

The carrot and banana cake at the breakfast were delicious. Excellent location nearby the city center and nearby the Grand Palais conference center.

The smell of our sink in the bathroom smell sour. Was still hair on the floor under the sink, the smell from the plates for the breakfast was terrible.

Arrived late at night and there was no milk in the rooms to have a coffee on arrival. No milk, powdered milk available whatsoever. Reception said she had no access to the kitchen overnight so couldn’t provide any milk.
