Staff could have been a bit more attentive, but not a problem overall. We found breakfast a bit expensive on the one occasion we used the restaurant, but they had lots of choice.

The hotel lobby smells amazing. Overall the hotel was clean and welcoming. My Son was attending a conference here and the facilities were good. Good links into the centre of Paris and very easy to get around.

The lobby is very nice but the bar is not available and 19€ for breakfast seems very pricey for what was provided. Not a whole lot of quality places to eat or get coffee nearby.

Location is poor. In a very busy and loud neighborhood with not a lot nearby. Breakfast is extra. Was told the bar opened at 12, then 3, finally opened at 4. No coffee available.

The size of the rooms was really small and dark. The general layout was okay and if I knew what I know now about the rooms I would have not booked to stay at this hotel

Although the main areas like the foyer were very well decorated I felt that the rooms were a letdown. We had to be asked to be moved to another room, however, the standard of the rooms fell below what we are used to.

Where should I start: The staff was not helpful. They had me go to four different floors to "search" for the iron. They sent me to a floor that was under renovation and they were apparently unaware and I got kicked out by the renovators. After four attempts and sweating walking around the hotel I begged them to please just send the iron to my room. (I had asked for them to send it after the second attempt) They then asked me for a 50 euros deposit that I would then get back when I returned the iron. The room smelled like dirty socks. The room is extremely warm even though the thermostat said it should have been cold. The air vent is right above the bed so you have cold air that's blowing right at you while you're sleeping. The manager was not helpful and did not give me a call back or send a technician like she said she would. They use extremely short sheets so if you move around a little bit expect for the sheets to come up and you'll be touching the actual mattress.

Inspite of repeated reminders, toileteries were never provided. And no one cares to answer the phone, neither room service, nor front desk. Waiting time at reception is stupidly long. Staff at front desk has this habit of passing the work to the next desk, and they appear busy or maybe actually are, but i jst know that travelling with family specially small kids, we deserved to be attended more promptly.

It's a good place, like all Novotels, it was neat and clean and pretty Grand Rooms were neat and clean

Not much service from staff. WC in our room was flushing all the time we were there. Told reception and no one came because nothing they can do. Not even change rooms. Lucky room had dividing doors and we were very tired after long flight and we manage to get some sleep. If it was light sleeper, would have been very hard. No kettle in room, we told reception and no news for one hour. Had to go to reception and they say ours had broken before we checked in. We said we need one then one eventually came close to an hour later. We were on level 2 and there was just luke warm water. Would not have been good if we were in Paris in Winter. All this was in room for one night booking. BUT…we were lucky, for the tour we were here another 3 nights. We changed rooms and we were on level 15. The bathroom was more modern, no plumbing issues and the water was good pressure and was was 🔥 hot. Heard others on tour said their bathroom didn’t have hot water similar to our first room so could be luck of the draw.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Variety hot/cold food but repetitive. Same food every morning. Example: hot food only had mini sausage, scrambled eggs (taste like from packet) and potatoes. We booked one night but stayed 4 nights for tour.

Restaurant should use more gluten free options, more fruits and cornflakes which is more common cereal for breakfast.

I think the small one person bed will be more comfortable than that sofa a special for the children my daughter couldn’t sleep for 3 nights bad was really bad room 1686 (16 floor )

Great breakfasts and dinners. Great personnel. Aircondition in the room did not work properly. Very hot in the room. No window that could be opened. Sofa not comfortable for adults and teenagers. The rest of the equipment in the room was fine. The room cleaned every day properly. Hotel is located near the metro station. Cca 20-30 min far from the centre.

Experience could have been better. The temperatures in the room were super hot and even after multiple calls to the reception the issue was not solved. There was even a light in the room which was not working and the technician was asked to replace it. He said he will come back in 15 mins and never showed up. Refrigerator in room not working either... All in all, it was like you have got 4 walls, now stay on your own...

Room key had to activate everyday as the door lock had problem. besides, the money locker was not functional. Same breakfast everyday. They should increase the menu list.

The Bed felt like a pull up bed but wasn't. Room was on the small side for a stay of three people.

Worked well for us. Bed wasn't great and room wasn't the biggest, but was good otherwise. Close to a metro station. Parked the car in the garage underneatht the hotel. The room was there to sleep in and not to hang out in.

It is old, the bathroom it's not comfortable, the toilet is as little and short as if it was for little kids. The room's carpet was old and dirty. Never were able to get breakfast, too crowded, they are not prepared. The staff doesn't speak English. Nothing compared to Novotel den hague, it was really good service and nice installations.

Looks like bedsheet from Sofa cum bed was not changed it had bad smell,. Luckily we had spare in the room that we used .

Hotel is located near Metro station and many food joint nearby. Room size for family for 3 was sufficient.
