The hotel is under renovation and there are works going on the corridors. I hope they will be over soon. The room was not very clean and there was not the hair dryer that was promised on the reservation.

The staff is extremely nice friendly and helpful and for this single reason I think I will come back. The room views on a nice garden and the bed is comfortable and you can sleep tight. The bathroom is large and comfortable and there is also the window. The Pigalle quarter where the hotel is is very nice.

Very noisy - you can hear everything happening in the corridor, etc. Also, the renovation is still ongoing. Bathroom windows weren't tinted and the room was overlooked by lots of windows. I had to get towels to block the view and no fix was provided (I stayed 4 nights)

It took very long time to get hot water from the shower. Construction work in the hallway was a bit messy too but everything else was super good!

Lovely kind staff. Breakfast was great, many options, especially sweet treats! Comfy bed and clean room, although it was tiny.

The property is an active construction site. It's not "newly renovated" at all. It's full of construction dust, paint splatters, paint tape, noise, it's super gross. I honestly feel like they shouldn't be renting rooms until it's done. If I had my kid with me, I'd be really upset.

The hotel is actually still under renovation, construction works continue in some rooms and in corridors, so there may be associated noise in daytime- never mind if you explore the city or are out anyway.

Excellent location- near Montmartre and subway line 2, plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops nearby, clean renovated room, early check-in, customer-centric staff.

The renovations are unfortunately not over, so there was noise, sometimes no hot water, or no electricity. Some technicals issues, but I suppose soon it will be over, and then it will be nice. Still not really the comfort of a 3 stars hotel.

The localization is great, the personal friendly and understanding. The Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment work (probably for next year's olympics) so lots of dust and noise, they should have warned would be guests. The fire door next to my room has been removed and you can see cables hanging down, walls with holes and bare floors, not sure this is entirely safe. I paid for breakfast but when I got there (just after 9.00am), there weren't any cups and limited food options left. The corridors are very narrow. The bedroom was tiny, just about sufficient for the bed. The bathroom though recently refurbished needs a bit of work. the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the shower hose pours out water at the back where it connects to the shower head (maybe the wrong size), Also the toilet is very low down so would be difficult for someone taller (I'm 5 ft 2) or with restricted movement.

Friendly staff, great location, 25 minutes walk from Gare du Nord, lots of brassieres, bistros and cafes nearby. Fine for a night's stay.

Close to the St Lazarre train station and only 2 metro stops before getting on the train to airport. 1st metro station 30 ft from hotel. Staff helpful in organizing trip to airport.

the room was nice, breakfast was great and the staff were excellent. The morning woman was very friendly and helpful making sure we got everything we needed. The night guy helped my wife plan a trip to a small village and really went out of his way to make things easy for us to get to our next destination
