Bed was constantly moving away from wall. No headboard. Uncomfortable for head on nubbly concrete wall. Needs a comfortable chair in the room

We only have one complaint and it is that the internet did not work well for us. My husband had to regularly go to reception after a busy day sightseeing and get help from staff to get our computer on line. This the staff were very helpful with and always polite, but sometimes it took quite a bit of time to get it working.

Great staff. Good location in Montmatre, yet still quiet at night. Our studio was excellent and VERY clean. It provided us with small kitchen, seating area with table and comfy bed. We are older and feel the studio was not cramped. ie easy to move around bed, also had a large closet for luggage etc, It had several windows that opened up for fresh air and brightness. A pleasure to stay in the studio.

The corridors from the reception to the floor we were could be better taken care of. It seemed a different atmosphere than the reception. Also, the cleaning could be more often not only for stays longer than 8 days.

The room was quite spacious for Parisian standards. The kitchen was good equipped and it was easy to make breakfast and quick snacks. The location was very nice, close to metro and a groceries store nearby.

We were on the 4th floor in the eaves. The bed was close to this so someone had to climb on the bed or bump their head. The shower head would not stay up and just drooped down. So very difficult to wash hair etc.

No servicing of the apartment if there under 7 nights, but we did get one lot of free clean towels as there 6 nights.

Floor was not clean. King size bed was provided with 2 single mattresses that was bit uncomfortable as there was split in the middle.

staffs are good and helpful. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Montmortre is few mins walk from this apartment. Safety wise it’s very good as there’s code required to enter the property and access card is required for lift and staircase.

Perfect for parents and one child sharing. Fantastic location in the heart of Montmartre, hidden away in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac by the theatre. Paris is eye-wateringly expensive place to eat out with a family, so we were delighted to have a well-equipped mini-kitchen to prepare a simple dinner. We sat in the open window, watching the sun go down and enjoying a bottle of wine from the local supermarket and a fresh baguette from the local bakery.

Very nice staff, very clean. It was good to have the kitchen in the apartment so I had coffee anytime I wanted, fresh food in the fridge and I was happy to have a dishwasher. The apartment also has a balcony, which is great

A charming location with plenty of family-friendly cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment was more spacious than expected with everything you might need for a few days.

1) Kitchen hob so small that you couldn't have more than one item on the hob at one time. 2) Microwave no info on how to use other that just to heat up. 3) Dishwasher couldn't accommodate the dinner plates, so had to wash up. 4) Not enough surfaces in the kitchen or bedroom. Ideally a few shelves in the bedroom area would be great. 5) TV not a smart TV so couldn't use to stream from own accounts. We made do with pre-downloaded on ipad we brought with us. 6) WIndow set in a small section of the room, so when staying in felt like we were in a cell. 7) Noise from adjoining rooms wasn't great! Sound insulation could be improved to prevent this. 8) Separate toilet a good idea, but not without a sink in with the WC. It is not hygienic to have to open the door to go into another room to wash your hands after using the toilet.

they charged 8 euros city tax/ per person/ per day; on the same trip we payed 2.50/per person/per day at another stay. They claimed that the tax is that high because they are a 4 star hotel. with all my respect they are not a 4 star, even near

We already stayed at this place a couple of yers ago. It's a very good location, an the rooms are apartment style, which is perfect, when staying with family, kids.

Comfortable beds. ‘Sofa bed’ was an actual bed. Location was ideal. Gorgeous view out the wall of windows. Affordable.
