We arrived when the reception was open and there were no problems with parking or keys. The room was as expected. The room had a kitchen (kettle, microwave, dishes), the stove did not work. The room was quite large, with heating (good for winter, not sure about summer). Parking is ok. Where is the launderette located in the building. The location is ok - about 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes to the supermarket.

Convenient apartment with ground parking place in a gated community. Pretty close to supermarket and bakery. Not so close to the old town but in a short driving distance there is a free parking with free local minibuses taking you to the center. The city itself worth seeing. We used Avignon as a base for exploring Provence. The choice was perfect.

No staff at reception and poor Internet connection, not ideal if you need to do any work during your stay. A few more bits (coffee making ?) in the kitchen would be useful.

Excellent location, 20-30 minutes walk from the historic centre. We were able to leave the car for a few days. Car park safe and there are a number of amenities ( supermarket etc.) at a short walk 's distance. The room and bathroom (clean towels)were very tidy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

The free wifi was extremely slow, not enough for working. However, I think you can buy a bigger plan.

The room was clean and complete. We didn't use all facilities, but there was a kitchenette and two desks for working. Our shower broke, and after I reported it at the front desk, someone fixed it within 15 minutes, putting on a completely new shower. Guy at reception was super kind.

Cleanliness in general is an issue, there is a very weird odor in the elevator and in the hallway. Rooms do not have AC, and at those high temperatures and being on the sunny side in the afternoon, it was difficult to get any descent rest. They have very strict rules on cleaning the dishes and disposing of garbage before you leave, otherwise they do not refund the 50 euro deposit they ask for before arrival. The room design is very plain, all in all facilities are on the low side.

Good location for car travelers using the hotel as base for sightseeing the surrounding places, such as the Vaucluse or other interesting places in Provence. The safety measures for the cars and guests are also adequate. I, however, was expecting more from an apart hotel.

There is no air conditioning, only a couple of fans; the problem is that we went there in August and the temperature was very high, it was difficult to sleep in the night. The residence is not too far from the south wall of Avignon, but the area around the residence is not really nice.

Apartment spacious and very clean. There is the possibility to have a good breakfast for 8 euro and there is also a free outdoor parking space inside the building. We didn't use a lot the kitchen, but it is fully equipped.

The area of Avignon in which it is located is not so attractive, even if it is only 25 minutes away from the "palace des papes". No A/C (even if the price is low so it is acceptable) but the room was very very hot. Only way to have some refreshment was to leave the doors of the balcony completely open during the night (this might be not comfortable for all guest)

Staff was available for every request, and time to answer also by email was always very short. Parking is available for free and you can leave the car in also the day of the checkout (but in this case you have to follow the reception opening time to take back the car). Good breakfast with additional price of 8 euro, that is aligned to what you get.

We had to carry out the trash on the day we left. Never tried that before. The beds were too hard. I thought the price was a bit too high considering the location.

The recepcionist (Mathieu)was very friendly, helpful and professional. The space was very roomy and we saw the pics that not so well equipped but it was good for two days! It was very clean and had parking place inside what was important for us.

Uncomfortably hot in the rooms. The rooms get extremely hot during the day and don't cool down much at night. The fans help, but with no AC it's hard to spend time in the rooms. If you come in the summer when it's hot, don't plan on being able to spend time in the apartment from mid morning to evening.

10 min walk to city walls, 20/30 min walk to center of old town. Avignon was a great base for exploring the region. The facilities were good for the price point. Simple, but comfortable enough. Staff were delightful. The area felt plenty safe, relatively quiet and good soundproofing in rooms.

The gentleman who was cleaning the yard kindly helped us with detailed advice around the keys and access to the apartment and parking. The apartment is a little more spartan furnished, but very clean and meets the needs. The surroundings are not exactly majestic, but the walk to the city and the evening hustle and bustle is not long. I recommend it to anyone who does not have too high expectations.
