Not electric outlets in the room, it seems like a curse in older hotels… they renew the rooms and the lobby but forget the gadgets the guests have to carry around

The bed is really uncomfortable. If you book a standard room with a double bed you will have a 1.4m bed. If want a larger bed you will need to book a supreme room. Also, there was no coffee machine available in the room.

A cosy hotel that is located perfectly. The rooms are spacious for Paris and the staff is very friendly.

Could not turn the heat down or off. Ended up opening the window though it was 4 degrees. Could hear the upstairs room quite a bit (creaky floorboards).

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is very close to Notre Dame, le Quartier latin, Pantheon, Odeon and Saint-Germain des Pres. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. The deluxe rooms are spacious.

I booked superior room that had to be equipped with double bed and 2 single beds (description on booking), but received a little room with 2 reeeeealy small single beds. In the description I was supposed to get a city view, but it was a sad inner court instead... I believe I didn't get the room I was supposed to get, but there was no way to persuade the receptionist. Quite disappointing and expensive for what I got. So called superior room was situated just near the elevator. Bathroom with dirty curtain, old wc seat and badly cleaned toilet. Breakfast had a good coffee, the rest had a value of 3 stars hotel. No respect of anti-covid measures (most of the staff members doesn't wear masks, no covid passport was required). I really believe that originally it was designed as a nice 4 stars hotel, but now it doesn't deserve more then 3 stars raking. The quality isn't there. Quite sad...

Amazing location. Near the city centre, metro, parking. Very beautiful interior. Very good coffee. Beautiful and stylish decoration of the hotel.

Nice British luxury country style. Didn't feel out of place in a cosmo city like Paris. So close to Notre-Dame and Panthéon. Great service.

The staff were lovely, at the time my partner had eating issues with swallowing etc. So we had to take soups and a microwave into the room, the staff gave us a bowl and spoon from the kitchens. Our room was always messy from being so busy in Paris but everyday it was cleaned spotless, there’s a concierge service and a bar and the hotel is generally very nice with wood panelling giving the feel of an old UK hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have parking for your car, I had to park underground about a block and a half away and pay 50 euros per day to park my car.

The breakfast was good, and I do recommend it, the location of the hotel was okay in the center of Paris by the Notre Dame.

Excellent location very nearby the Seine and major siteseeing activities. Rooms in Paris in general are a bit smaller, but in all fairness, you are visiting for the city! Very friendly staff.

Just a minor thing. In a modern hotel you expect a socket next to each bed. There was only one. We had to disconnect the tv and the water heater to have more free sockets.

Room size, but then we had a room with a balcony and window on Rue de Ecole. We got used to the size.

Location, near Sorbonne, Cluny, Luxembourg Gardens and several Metro Stations is very key. Breakfasts were excellent, some of the best we've had in many travels. Special mention should be made of the very good coffee. Staff was very attentive and professional, down to the kitchen personnel and cleaning crew. Very good stay.
