Towels a bit small for me. But there were plenty.

Fantastic location 2 mins walk from back exit of Central Station. Breakfast really good. Self service. Well organised, plenty staff on hand to help and clear tables. Room was huge with 2 king beds and a single although we only booked a double. Chesterfield settee and comfortable chair, desk and chair, coffee table. Tea tray, hairdryer and safe all in room. Bathroom huge too. Good deep bath long enough to stretch out. Shower over bath. Toiletries provided.

Not a lot really only fault i had was that my window face another Hotel so i felt i needed to keep curtians closed

Just a one night stay but staff very nice and helpful ,room very nice lovely bed tv and bathroom all in all i was very happy , free breakfast was included but i perfered to have a lay in.

Reception staff rude. Breakfast poor not particularly warm with some good overcooked and others undercooked. Can’t understand why they serve pakora and samosas for breakfast ?????

Hotel itself was unclean in parts and seems to also operate as a hostel of sorts for recovering addicts/homeless people.

The room itself was modern and clean for the most part. Reception staff were friendly and the TV had a good selection of channels. Also, the location was very good.

A twin in central glasgow for 44 pounds including breakfast. It was a 3 star, but decent and definately value for money in my view, for this price and including a buffet cooked breakfast. Good stop before we went the next morning to walk the West Highland Way

Reception area is not very welcoming, but staff are. Lifts are not very reliable, but I prefer the stairs anyway. Decor is old fashioned and dark colours, but has some nice touches like lots of pictures on the walls.

This hotel is a good choice for budget travellers. Rooms are large and clean, with good facilities - tea/coffee, toiletries, iron, safe - all included in the price, no extra cost for things like towels as in some budget hotels. Breakfast is good - full cooked breakfast, cereals, toast, tea/coffee - also included in the rate. Good location, only 5 min walk from Central Station and 25 min walk from the Hydro.

A general clean up is required- example: mold in the bathroom, cobwebs in the chandeliers in the breakfast room, musty smell in the reception, windows dirty on the inside, stains in the carpets. Extra pillows available, in our room we had 2 in the bed, and an extra in the wardrobe, but my husband and I both use 2 each.

There's an endless building site over the road that seems to get up with the birds.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and the location just a few minutes walk from the train station and a great starting point for walking around town and over the river.

Bed cover & pillows /duvets could of been cleaner noticed this when stripped beds for the maid something I always do window frames could do with a coat a paint curtains needed a wash also. Only stayed one night to attend a concert so basically just slept in room have stayed here before & room then was so much nicer hence reason for booking again. Didn't have breakfast as had late night was over by time got up & checkout was 10.30am

Health n Safety! fire doors we’re all wedged open! so no point them being there, certainly wouldn’t help in the slightest should there be a fire I removed the wedges on our corridor
