Hot water for a bath in the morning, no more faults found,

Lovely fresh bread for toast, milk and juice in the fridge, choice made the evening before and was waiting for us when we woke up. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar provided. Location was perfect for our wedding we attended. Only down side was not enough hot water in the morning for a bath. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, xxxx

Nothing … was extremely happy.

The property was clean, comfortable, ideally located and Christine was friendly, helpful and approachable. It had good facilities such as hairdryer, ironing board and good kitchen facilities. There was a great continental breakfast which you could select the day before and of a good standard.

I booked 2 rooms, but did not realized that they were not connected to each other. As we have 2 kids (5 yo and 3yo), we arranged it in a way that one parent stayed with one child, so it all worked out :)

Breakfast was brought to us the evening before to be enjoyed the next morning. We filled a piece of paper and gave them to Christine. We enjoyed the small talks with our hosts, and also the privacy that we had. Internet connection is good, as you don't get much signal there being in a remote area. Our hosts proposed our kids to see the animals when we were around, however it was raining so much that we did not get to do that. Maybe next time we should come back again when its warmer and less rain!

Great communication from Christine & Ted who were there to open the gates and welcome us when we arrived at Brookleys after a long drive with my daughter & her young baby, despite this being later than we had planned due to traffic. The accommodation was warm, clean & comfortable. Christine & Ted had thought of everything that we might need and were friendly & hospitable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast & it was lovely having our own kitchen/dining area, giving us space to move around with the baby. It was interesting to read about the family history of the farm and really useful to have local places of interest & recommendations of places to eat.

The toilet was filthy! Pubic hairs on the seat and when I lifted the lid there was splashes of poo still there!! I had to clean it before I used it. The table was very wobbly and there was no tea towel.

Nothing really to not like!

Lovely location in the Cotswolds; we stayed in this area specifically to meet up with friends but ended up exploring. The property was clean, spacious (we had the use of three rooms including a sitting room with mini kitchen), comfortable and warm. We loved having the make-it-yourself breakfast as it meant we had no timetable to stick to. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect.

Everything. It was a joy from start to finish. Even the remote location, its not that remote..and the gentle aroma of farm and countryside did nothing to sway our judgment. From the moment we arrived, greeted by our lovely host, the stay was perfect. Cosy, comfortable, Everything you could possibly need including a jug of fresh orange and milk in the fridge. We stayed as 2 couples each in our own little wing of the big house and loved it. Breakfast was served from a menu of items such as t cakes, croissant, bread for toasting and more besides. Little village up the road had sufficient choices of eating places.

The only niggle was there was not enough hot water for a full bath...But the shower was fine.

The Host was very helpful and local knowledge was good,, You could choose several things for breakfast and was good with unlimited fresh milk (which is unusual). Access was easy. and a good night sleep.

Traffic was a bit noisy but it was a warm night so we had the window open, beds were a little hard for me but might be perfect if you like a firm mattress. Didn't detract from our lovely stay.

Lovely stay at Brookleys, gorgeous garden and the suite had everything we needed. Great little kitchen and lovely shower, beautiful location and very friendly hosts.

Christine was nice, the accommodation was so lovely very charming . Location was good for what we wanted . Seeing the sheep ,cows and horses was a bonus . I loved reading about Christine and Ted and the history of Brookleys .

Super cute cottage in the Cotswold in a farm. Great experience for who wants to enjoy the real English countryside. They provide breakfast in a cute basket where you can find anything you want. The owner is cuore kind and always available for any requests. Great choice!
